When I walked in, there was no one in line. No one in restaurant as customer eating. Every table had boxed lunches on it looking to be waiting on sandwiches. Walked up the counter, waited and then someone took my order after 2 minutes. I ordered #2 and 2 pickles quartered. The lady at end of counter where you pick up food slapped my first pickle on the ledge and then slapped the 2nd one on the ledge. Then she slapped my sandwich down on the ledge and went back to what she was doing. I said a bag would be helpful and she just stared at me. I said so can I get one? She responded, everything you need is right there. I said so you want me to bag my own purchase and she said again, everything you need is right there so I had to reach behind the counter and get a bag to bag my own lunch. Got home and I ordered the sandwich with light lettuce and there was literally 2 strands of shredded lettuce on the sandwich and the pickles were quartered as I requested, but I had to pull them apart as they were not cut through. Maybe she was crabby about the large order they were working on or having a bad day in general, but no reason to take it out on me. Had I not been on short lunch break, I would have returned to get new sandwich. I have never had such a disappointing experience at Jimmy John’s. I will avoid this location as the last time I was there they forgot to give me side I paid for.

My fiancé went into this location to get a sandwich after a rough day at the hospital and jimmy John’s is what cheers her up so we rushed to get there and she got inside at 8:49 and the lady working told her she put everything away and wouldn’t make her sub. I totally get trying to clean/put stuff away to get out and go home right after a hard shift but having the doors open and telling a customer you put everything away while STILL HAVING 11 MINUTES TILL CLOSE IS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I’m very disappointed in this location my fiancé deserved her sandwich after the week she’s had the audacity is unreal

Me and my boyfriend went today and the manager Dane was amazing! It was a snowstorm and they were so nice to be there! Dane made our sandwiches and we made small talk and he was very friendly and helpful! we had called previously to inquire about a deal and he explained everything. overall a surprisingly memorable experience due to his kindness. store was also very clean, and the sandwiches were the best i’ve had from Jimmy Johns. I don’t tend to leave reviews but figured great experiences are just as good to review as bad ones.

Will never go here again. I’ve given it 3 chances. First chance, saw someone touching their face without gloves picking at whatever on their face then continued to make sandwiches. 2nd time, tried delivery (pre-pandemic) and it took more than 45 mins for them to deliver less than half a mile away, figured enough time had passed for face toucher to no longer work there, somewhat better sandwiches 2nd time around. The picture shown is the final straw. That brown looking stuff is stale/old lettuce and onions that looks like it has mold on it that was put on my sandwich tonight. I should keep eating it so i get sick and sue this franchise. I do not post reviews very often. If I were you, I’d stay away from this place.

Me and my boyfriend had our sandwiches made to perfection this evening! The two workers were incredibly friendly and upbeat. Usually we order for pickup, but tonight because of the experience we’ll probably start going in to order instead. Left with smiles on our faces and we’re even more grateful when our subs were perfect at home! Yay five stars!

It is unfortunate to have to leave a one star review on one of my favorite go-to’s around here and my honestly religious delivery to-go.
This location specifically has failed It’s customers immensely. Extreme lack of communication, possibly workers I’m not too sure what it is. But I can name four occasions when my delivery did not get delivered, I had to reach out to the store myself every single time on their behalf because I never received one single phone call. There was only one attempt to it right and this was AFTER I had to call back up three times on different days, and then eventually show up at the store in order to get my “credit” that the dude seemed super confused about.
Talking to anyone at this location is a nightmare. The manager seems like he was lobotomized at 12 years old.
I tried to keep giving this location a chance, and it happened almost every single time.
Very disappointed, but I love JJ’s rider for life. I’m just glad I am moving away from this location and hope the service/lack of managerial duties get solved very soon.

Was here last night to give this place a second chance.. everything looked ok. I got home to find not only a long blond hair in my sub but also the bread was so hard it was unreal for takeout.. I had to remake it at home with regular bread. The problem is there employees, and how they handle their food.. I will never return to this Jimmy John’s.

Terrible customer service! Went in at 10:30, right at open. Person who I assumed to be the manager was super unprofessional. As I was in there, he asked an employee if they were clocked in and then told them “to make them self useful then” as the employee was in the middle of already doing something. While trying to order I had asked if there were any meats that were cooked or could be toasted and lady who helped me wasn’t sure and had to ask another employee who obviously had an attitude about it and couldn’t really answer my question fully. We ordered a Pepe and the meat was supposed to be ham and they put some other meat and no ham which is no big deal but when we went back to the store to have them fix it, the manager was rude and snatched the sandwich out of our hand. Never going to this place again. How is someone so pissed off at 10:30 in the morning??? Get a new manager!!

Stopped in for a late lunch with my son. The staff were all friendly. Place was not busy. We both got our orders freaky fast. Enjoyed our food in the restaurant. It’s like other Jimmy John’s for the most part and food was up to par.

2 subs and a brownie was $21 and some change.
