I love Panera Bread and I hadn’t any bad experience. In this Panera staff is super kind.

Everything is well stocked and in its place.

Service is very fast, food and beverages are great.

Came in around 8pm so it was not crowded. They have three touch machines for self-ordering if customers so choose. I tried them out, and it was a decent experience.

Had a chicken soup, which was good but slightly salty but because I typically use less salt — for the vast majority of people it probably would be fine. Also had a salad, which was good albeit too much cheese. Again too much for me but probably fine for the vast majority of people.

It was one hour before closing so they had run out of bread as a side, so I opted for apples instead.

Also there was decent wifi which was nice.

This Panera would have 4.7 stars anywhere else in the country. People here leaving reviews are seriously stuck up. You’re not going to get a much better Panera than this location. Portion sizes were bigger than the average Panera across the country. Manager was super friendly with over the top service.

I love the menu at Panera Bread. Today my wife and I had a small lunch, but the sandwiches and salads always taste fresh. The coffee is always great. For breakfast, get a fresh croissant and coffee, but you better get there early because the croissants sell out fast!
This store has a well-arranged dining room, and it’s always clean. It’s a great spot to work if you need to work remotely and want to get out of the house or your hotel. Parking tip, park on the street; it will save you time and frustration

At the time I came in to the business it was rather early so there was very few people there. However sitting by the fireplace and after doing some work on my laptop, I turned around and there appeared to be a lot of people in there. The food looked very fresh and the employees were very friendly and helpful however the coffee was lacking substance and heat. But the hot water for the tea was perfect.

Parking at this location is a little tough because it’s a busy area especially during lunch hours.

The inside is clean and quiet. The food is as good as other locations. One thing I notice is that some locations provide honey or cane syrup as sweetener for tea/coffee. This location provides honey.

How many people avoid eating here because you can’t find parking because of all the black SUVS

Tried to find a place for meeting off the Millbrae Station. This Panera Bread looked quite close, but had taken some zigzagging to arrive. There was a roadside sign at the intersection of Millbrae Ave and Rollins Rd, but had to walk through the gas station and parking lots. Service was promptly. Most booths and tables were sort of dark, so had to use the table off the exit.

Updating a previously stellar review and docking points for service—I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes tonight and no one was taking orders. They must not be adequately staffed on a Wednesday evening because I had to use the self serve kiosk (I like ordering with a real person because I have food sensitivities not included on the “major allergens” list at the kiosk and there is no additional comments box). I watched several people behind me do the same thing after waiting several minutes because no one was at the counter. Also the baguette was stale.

This is a great location! Didn’t get any food, but the chai latte was delicious as always, and order was ready pretty quickly. Good place to sit down and do work for an hour or so on a Sunday afternoon (not too crowded)

Service super bad.

They have cookie buy one get one for free on their self service portal. When ordering it said couldn’t apply that reward. And asked me to go to the associate. The guy was rolling his eyes and didn’t even see you and just kept playing on his iPad. I had to ask for help multiple times and finally he came over and said there was no such reward, even their portal shows it on the list.
