I placed my order using the in-store self-service kiosk. I carefully reviewed my order on the screen before submitting it, and everything was correct. I also requested that my receipt be texted to me, but it was never sent.
When my drink order was handed to me, it included a drink that I did not order. When I told the employee this was not part of my order, I was asked for a receipt, which I did not have because the text receipt was never delivered. After requesting a printed copy, I reviewed the receipt and discovered additional items that were never ordered, including a chocolate chip cookie ($3.59) and the unknown pink large drink.
When we brought this issue to the counter, the employee argued with us instead of helping resolve the issue. There was no effort to investigate the kiosk error, no apology, and no customer service. On top of that, we never even received the mystery cookie that was never ordered. I don’t even know Taco Bell sold cookies. I ultimately had to walk out because the situation was not being handled professionally.
This is the second time this exact issue has happened, previously at the Weatherford, TX location. There is clearly a problem with the self-ordering system adding items customers did not select.
If customers are not carefully reviewing their receipts, they are being charged for items they did not order, and when concerns are raised, staff are dismissive rather than helpful.
This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. I will be contacting Taco Bell corporate to report this issue.
Customers should not have to fight to correct inaccurate orders, and the kiosk system needs to be investigated immediately.

I stopped in today for lunch. And was SEVERELY disappointed. The attitude from employees was disgusting. They were just throwing the orders on the counter for customers with a “here you go” they argued with another customer about what comes on a supreme taco and then tried to tell the customer he ordered his food wrong even though they took his order at the counter not the kiosk. The staff need a serious attitude check i understand having a bad day or even hating your job but dont come to work and make the people that come in to eat miserable with you.

Tonight was an unacceptable experience from this Taco Bell. Sonya, the manager on duty was not empathetic or compassionate with our customer concern. We had ordered from the app and had been mistakenly routed to the Aledo location. We tried to cancel the order immediately upon sending it through the app and also tried to call the store within seconds of the mistake. Rather than meet us with understanding and kindness. Sonya rudely stated that she could not cancel or refund the order and that we would have to come all the way across town to receive our order and that was our only option. Upon arrival when asked for a customer complaint number she was rude once more stating “You’ll have to find it in the app. Do you still want this?” And pointed to our cold order. I would recommend customer complaint coaching for this manager, Sonya… 2/10 would not recommend….

This place puts the absolute minimum of filing on/in any of it’s good items. Not the best place to get the big bean burritos anymore. Taco casa bean burritos are 2Xs as big and cheaper. Clean place, fast services but… food is expensive and sparce.

Normally this location does a good job, but tonight they literally shorted me 3 tacos. I drove back and the girl at the front was friendly and professional, but of course all i got was my three tacos. I’m done eating at these shitty fast food places that can’t even get your order right. If a company screws up the order, and you have to drive back to get the food after driving home, they should at least give something to make you feel better. A drink while you wait, or cinnamon twists, or SOMETHING. Not taco bell, or at least not this location. They put those stupid slips for a free taco in the bag, after i had to wait for what I should have had when i went up there the first time. Im done.

I’m really disappointed with Taco Bell. I ordered the Carne Asada for almost $7, and what I received was honestly ridiculous. The portion was tiny—just a few small beef cubes—and I finished it in about three bites. For the price, this is unacceptable.
Shame on you, Taco Bell. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least provide a meal that feels like one.

This might be the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. They also have neat ordering stations and great customer service. The bathrooms were so clean and pretty. Very surprising for a fast food restaurant. Would definitely come here again.

Most delightful Taco Bell I’ve been to in awhile. Very clean and well managed, the food was good and there were several unique drink selections which was nice. We only interacted with one staff member but she was very kind.
