Fantastic experience at LongHorn Steakhouse today! It was our first time going and we are so glad we did. Service (Ashley) was immediately welcoming and top notch – we walked in as they opened, was quickly seated, served drinks, served apps, served our meal, checked onthroughout, could not have asked for someone kinder and more attentive! The sangria I ordered was bigger than I expected and really tasty. The food was flavorful, cooked perfectly, and very satisfying (we were so stuffed we had to skip dessert). We had ordered the mushrooms for an app (we couldn’t believe how good these are), bread came automatically, and we each ordered the 12 oz ribeye steak med-rare with loaded baked potato. The lighting inside is calming, the music soft enough you can talk but loud enough you can hear, and the decorations were fun to look at and comfortable. We will be back!

Drinks are good! Got a 12oz ribeye that was thinner than a price of paper. Not bad tho but I’d rather drive 10 min. To get a thick steak for the same price.

Terrible service followed by terrible food. Miya was our server, empty drinks for over 10 minutes. She was nowhere to be found. Another staff member brought our food out and walked away. Never offered steak sauce or asked if we needed anything. Steak was not cooked correctly. Finally another 10 minutes later our server came to the table to see the issue. Just an excuse she was busy. Worst service I’ve ever had.

Our son’s steak was spicy so we asked for it to be remade. It came back out and was bleeding (we ordered it medium). We never got any brea. The server was not very attentive, the manager was dismissive. The manager did comp our son’s meal, however, overall was not a very good experience- will absolutely not be eating here again.

I really enjoy Longhorn. Atmosphere, food, service.. . .everything is top tier. Some friends and I decided to eat here last night and I was not disappointed. We sat at the bar, Brittany, was great. She was welcoming, attentive, and suggested tasty recommendations. I selected the long pour Dragon Fruit margarita and we shared appetizers (shrimp, mushrooms, and artichoke dip). Each one was an excellent choice; I liked the pita chips.

Very clean, and staff is exceptional. Food is amazing to say the least. Definitely recommend the steak though I forgot to take pictures But everything was absolutely worth going again so highly advising to give it a try

I ordered take out. To eat for myself. Ate the steak, really really good. But as I was eating the salad. I saw something move. There was a green ALIVE bug. Aka a leaf bug in my ceasers salad. Wife had Parmesan Chicken she said it was amazing with a loaded baked tater only complaint is more sour cream and bacon. I went with my test the grill cook and had Salmon it was moist tender and flaky and had that outer crunchy that is a must! Great Job!!! Probably see you again Thursday for Steak!!
