First Visit to this Chili’s and first visit to any Chili’s in maybe 4 years. Excellent Service with a smile. From the second I walked in—2 young ladies with great smiles and attitudes were ready to welcome me and got me seated quickly. My server—Sam arrived immediately with a huge smile and a great attitude as well as a warm welcome. Sam did everything to mage my visit A+ and made good suggestions for my meal. Food came out fast, hot, and fresh. Everything was tasty.
Definitely choose this restaurant from the many in this area if you want the best guest experience!

Everything was great , celebrated my grandmother 80th bday with a group of 14 ppl. She had a ball and the staff was AMAZING… I’m frequently at this particular location and it’s never a bad moment and the staff is always setting a great mood for the atmosphere. Food was timely and wonderful, drinks were amazing and not skimpy. They sung her happy birthday and she was so excited . 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came here to just have some appetizers with a friend visiting from Japan. The service was great. The staff was polite, took our order when we were ready but also would check up on us more often than lots of resturants I’ve been to. They refilled our drinks without even asking! Staff was on point! 05/28/2025 @11:20am. The food was ok. The chicken crisper were a bit rubbery but hot! The southwestern egg rolls were crispy, the sliders weren’t bad at all. If I were ever in area again, I would definitely be back.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We arrived at 9:40. Instead of helping us, all the workers stared at us for 10 minutes, then called out their manager to let us know they did last call, when we asked why we’re weren’t helped 10 minutes ago and we were left waiting, we were not left with a real reason besides their laziness. They were rude, unprofessional, and we felt personally attacked.
We ended up going to Hooters and had an amazing time! Definitely recommend going there then to waste any of your money at this chillies location!!

Are service was good but the cook that was cooking that night did not know what medium well is. The second was a little but a little dry. But our server at the bar was the best. The comped the meal and we gave him a $10 for the great service. It was a little cold inside even though it was cold outside which no sense. The would be could right after served lol! Other our server you kid with the curly hair behind the bar was dope and to care of us like he should have. Believe I’ve had a steak before and it was nothing like my last visit.

Literally don’t come here if you want to be seated. They don’t take names or party #’s so it’s a free for all when it comes to be seated. The hostess asked their coworkers, “who’s next?”. This problem could easily be avoidable if they took down names. Once we did get seated everything was amazing. Good food. Server was super nice and we got our drinks & food super fast for a saturday night. They just need to get their seating problem down.

Ordered food to go, went to pick it up and they have their To Go doors locked so you have to go around to the main doors. We got there and they sent us around to the To Go area where nobody was at. After waiting a good 5 minutes and all servers ignoring us, went to the front to ask for someone to come help us. The hostess did nothing. So we had to stop a waiter to ask them to get us help, finally an annoyed worker came from the back to ask us what we needed, told them about the pickup order, which they walked back and grabbed immediately. We then had to go back around to the front to exit. So this the 1 star on service… sad I tipped!
The food was good, we got fajitas and took it to the shoreline and at it on a bench, much better than sitting in a restaurant, highly recommend. The fajitas were good but the chicken itself didn’t have much flavor. One order filled two of us up with food to spare!

Fantastic atmosphere/ vibes/ energy. Server, I believe his name was Connor, was so friendly and on top of everything. Refills were on point and they were not shy giving us doing sauces. Food was warm and delightful. I do feel the rib didn’t have too much meat on it, but what little bit of meat i had was moist and flavorful!
