We had lunch at this location and the food was great. The fries were nicely salted and fresh. The chicken nuggets were also tasty in each of our meals. Thank you for that and the kind service when out order was brought to our table. I like the ordering experience at this location and the hospitality offered at a fast-food restaurant. The tables in the dining room could have been wiped down (we tried multiple before settling the cleanest table) but the rest of the location appeared pretty clean. I loved the toys in the Happy Meal, so nostalgic.

Clean but, first bagel. Was burnt black. I waited for eggs when I asked for replacement i got cold steak and cold egg not my best experience at McDonald’s. Will travel further when I want a mcbreakfast next time, in thos area would strongly suggest you do the same.

Stopped by the McDonald’s on Fort Street in Lincoln Park a few weeks ago with my kids. They wanted Dairy Queen, but I decided on McDonald’s sundaes (and maybe an apple pie with caramel sundae for me!). To my surprise, the ice cream machine was actually working! The two young ladies at the drive-thru handled about half a dozen cars quickly, were super polite, and kept everything moving smoothly. Great service, affordable treats, and a pleasant experience overall — we’ll definitely be back!

I go to this McDonald’s all the time and I never have a problem! But tonight the woman working drive thru was awful so was the guy who handed us our food. Had an attitude when we’re ordering for no reason we were super polite and nice. Then we got our food checked everything said we were missing a fry because we order one meal and two mchickens with ONLY cheese with a fry and a nugget. The guy automatically coped an attitude saying you only ordered one we said no we didn’t. They said do you have a receipt we didn’t because she never handed us one. So he printed it and said see it’s not on it. It’s not even about the food it’s about the attitudes and disrespect when we were nice. Also we’re staring at us the entire time for reason. Got home about to eat my food and the mchickens only one is right and the other has the usual stuff on it which isn’t what I order but the wrapper clearly states only cheese. While eating my mchickens also they put tartar sauce on half my sandwich. Which is absolutely disgusting. Side note I work in the service industry this isn’t how customers should be treated no matter if you are having a bad day. I get if I was rude or my fiancé was but we weren’t. They are absolutely foul for what they did and how they treated us.

This is very near to where I live. I go for coffee or a burger from time to time. I mainly just use the drive-thru and I have had no problems. A few times they’ve forgotten a sauce or put napkins in the bag but other than that I’ve been very pleased.

This place use to be great get new staff, everything is slow and unprofessional now. I was at the window and I checked my bag for Sauce, there wasn’t any in the. Bag so I asked to get sauce the lady said I didn’t ask for any sauce with my nuggets but I have twi of each sauces on the receipt. went to grab some food around 7:30pm, as i pulled into the drivethru, the lady behind the speaker was rude and kept on rushing and saying repeatedly after every order was made “pull up to the window or saying the total price” knowing i wasn’t done with my order. she was very disrespectful and rude towards me and it was very unnecessary. as well there was a few missing things in my bag of food and many more went wrong.

The worst mc Donald’s of all time, they never ever make their orders right and always something is missing or they can’t even build the burgers properly. Always Online ordering they are the worst of the worst. They never have the ice cream machine working and they always just have the worst communication. I Doordash here a lot. And almost every single time there is something wrong with the order. Ie. Not the right drink, missing items, or even the complete wrong order. I don’t think the wrong order is necessarily their fault but I know the rest is. It’s kind of sucky each time nothing is right….
