Haven’t had Blakely chicken in years, just found out they opened a new place in Headland. Ordering on line through the website was simple! They are located inside a convenience store but they do have their own entrance. You can easily spot their sign from 431 north. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by the employees,the smell of the fried chicken was amazing, just like I remembered, they don’t have seating, it’s basically a grab and go place. My daughter and my mouth watered from the smell of the chicken,all we could do not to pull over and dig in,but it’s a short 10 mins back to Webb. We ordered the 5 piece fried chicken tenders and a 2 piece fried chicken meal. We have enough left over for lunch tomorrow. The chicken is by far the best in my opinion. The fries were also a big hit with my daughter and I. We will be back in the near future. Thank you for opening a store in Headland! I pray y’all have great success here!

They didn’t have any chicken livers, said they weren’t going to make any. The tea was nothing but syrup like they used 4 cups of sugar per gallon. The girl that waited on me was very rude. The chicken was good hence the 2 stars.

This is some very good chicken! We get it for Saturday lunch at Bondy’s Ford at least once a month. It food is always hot and fresh, and the people that work there are always friendly and accommodating!

Menu is confusing – ordered a meal and was charged $2 extra dollars because I got okra but was not told it was more. Charged me extra for sweet tea (in South Alabama) wow.. spent $22 for 2 ppl on a 2 pc meal. So 2 pcs of chicken and fries and a roll and a tea and charged me extra for things i mentioned above.. Chicken was good but prices are way too much in my opinion.

OMG I’ve never had Blakely chicken in Blakely the original spot but the one in headland OMG I almost bit my finger off everything was fresh and good I will return back and before you get gravy on your mashed potatoes try them first without the gravy or get the gravy on the side like I said this was my first experience and it was awesome thank you guys I’ll be back
