The waitress , Kiyah, was really sweet and helped with my friend celebrating her birthday with ease. The food was GREAT!!! I had lamb chops, asparagus, mashed potatoes. We had the Spinach wontons and egg rolls with the Watermelon Salsa! I wish could buy that salsa and take it home!!! I was definitely worth the hour and a half drive!

We finally had the chance to check out Kream, the new restaurant at Carolina Place Mall. Despite the mixed reviews I read, we were eager to try this Black-owned establishment in our own backyard. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere was quiet and calming, complemented by exceptional service. The food was fantastic—kudos to the chef! The fried deviled eggs are a must-try, as is the onion ring tower, which avoids the heavy batter typical of many chain restaurants. We had the salmon and grits and the crab cake grilled cheese, both of which were well-prepared, beautifully presented, and remarkably delicious. We’re sure to return!

Had an awesome time with my friend for dinner. Great service from Tiffany (I believe that was her name). I ordered a red Sangria which was refreshing and good. We had the deep fried deviled egg with beef bacon on top ( I ate one before taking a picture, couldn’tresist). I had wings (lemon pepper) and fries on this trip. Wings were the right amount of flavor and crisp thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely will be back to try other items on the menu, especially the collards.

My experience at Kream by Kope was absolutely delightful from start to finish. We indulged in an appetizer feast, starting with their irresistible Onion Ring Tower and Lemon Pepper Wings. Both were impeccably prepared and set the stage for what was to come.
Although we initially aimed for the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich, which unfortunately was unavailable, we weren’t disappointed for long. Instead, we opted for more of their tantalizing wings, a testament to how good they truly were.
The entrees we did enjoy were equally outstanding. The Shrimp and Grits were packed with flavor, and the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich (substituted with more wings) was a blissful combination of savory and spicy.
Beyond the food, the service was exemplary. Our server, Bri, not only provided attentive and friendly service but also exuded a contagious energy that enhanced our dining experience.
To complement the exceptional food and service, the drinks were top tier, further enhancing our evening.

My boyfriend & I dined in a on Thursday night for the first time. We were greeted by Brie & she was a delight to have as a waitress! Very bubbly & explained the menu well to us. The drinks were amazingggg. I ordered the Sugar Rae’s (colorful one) & he ordered the Bourbon smash (red one). I’m usually not a fan of Bourbon but I ended up ordering it on our 2nd round because it was so good. The lamb chops (medium) were cooked to perfection, well seasoned, not chewy. We also ordered Brussel sprouts which were the best we’ve ever had! We hardly had room for dessert but pushed through & ordered the “Peach Euphoria” The decor is classy & clean, the music is great, the service was speedy. Be ready to spend a little cash lol. $$$
The only critique I have is that I wish the pasta had a little more seasoning on the noddles but the shrimp was well seasoned.

Was excited to try a new place, we got there and everything was great until we went to order and half the menu wasn’t available. From there it just went downhill. We had to change or order 3 or 4 times bc the waitress kept coming back saying they didn’t have it. That salad you see is not a $25 salad. Steak looks like they got it from Logan’s Roadhouse just the whole experience was horrible we was there 2 hrs and our waitress never filled our drinks once. No apologies at all for the missing items just straight face attitude.

I was elated during my visit. The first impression from the outside is nothing like the inside. The atmosphere was phenomenal. The food was fye. I will have to visit each time I come to NC. Ask for the Romantic Chef touch. Fried Devil Eggs, Lamb Chops, Fried Spinach Wonton, Watermelon Passion Fruit Margarita , Lemon Pepper Wings, Asparagus just to name a few things we ate.

I am literally sitting inside the restaurant and I can truly say that I am PROUD of the owners and what they have done. I saw this opening on Instagram and they did not disappoint. At times it is hard to trust some reviews and pictures that people post but I can truly say as living proof that every picture is exactly what they present. They have such class, such elegance and the ambience makes you feel as if you belong. The prices are exactly what they are because you deserve to treat yourself! Why not enjoy a cuisine worth your value. I, the General Manager of the hotel right around the corner approve this place and will be sending our guest there. I may even treat a guest myself 2/14 coming up. Great job a place for us by us. I’m overwhelmed with joy! 10stars from me Also the waiter Justin and waitress Nakita were phenomenal they never left me alone. They made sure that I never had a moment to wonder and they offered great selections. Their service was phenomenal as a hotel manager their customer service was beyond amazing. Great skills, new the menus and how to pick the desired taste for their guest.

Wow wow wow! Did I say wow?!! First of all, let’s talk about the ambience .. this restaurant is beautiful I mean absolutely stunning on the inside very spacious. Secondly, the food and drinks came out in a timely fashion. I had the sugar Rae for a drink and the fried lobster. My friend had salmon.. it baybeee it was delicious!!! The drink was sweet and absolutely Delicious! The food was seasoned to perfection and came out very timely. The lobster was cooked to perfection and the sides were good as well. There was live jazz which was amazing and the music was low enough that you could hear it but still have a conversation. We were greeted at the door our waitress Fatima was very attentive and prompt. She explained the menu to the tea and gave excellent recommendations. Everyone spoke with a smile as soon as we came in. I will definitely be back! This is how restauranting is done!! Love this place
