I came in right at the store opening! I was greeted with a smile from the moment I walked in! NISA was truly a breath of fresh air ! She’s the kind of employee every company should have on their team. I was rushing to get a sandwich before my long shift at the hospital &. She really brightened up my day ! Sunday March 23rd, 11:00 a.m. Antwone inspired me today! We had the most fantastic customer service and perfectly made sandwiches for our family of three, it was like a work of art and looked like the actual sandwich from the commercials! Normally would not post a review for a place like Subway but honestly this guy made me want to go out of my way to show some gratitude for his great attitude and service. The world needs more positive people like him!

Bread was hard, I also told the employee light mustard and she squeezed extra onto the sandwich. She took some Off problem solved. The biggest problem I have with this location is price gouging. I ordered two 6 inch subs with no extras added, and no chips or drinks and the total was $16.22. Two half subs for 16 bucks!!! I will never return to this location. Taking advantage of travelers and truckers.

Non-masked employee even after I asked her to put the mask on. She was talking and leaning all over the food. I’m a trucker and it’s been very hard since the pandemic to find good service in the truck stop restaurants. Today I was served by Anisa and Antwone at this subway. The sandwich was great but what really made my day was the friendly service. Since I had no work I sat inside all afternoon. Out of about 10 people working during the time I was there only these two stayed well after closing to make sure everything was cleaned properly. They say no one wants to work these days. Well I was privileged to be served by two hard working individuals and subway should be proud because these two represented subway in the most positive way. On behalf of truckers who live on the road THANK YOU. Your hard work didn’t get overlooked today because I really appreciated it and I hope your bosses and fellow coworkers will too.

I’m super pissed off I go to Subway often to get the meatballs in a bowl with it shredded cheese, that’s it, because I had gastric. She didn’t even use subways bowl she grabbed a churches chicken bowl I only pay the add on price because I don’t get a complete sub. My other half is OTR so I’m most truck stops that’s what they have subway. So I know the price. She was trying to charge me almost $11 for just meatballs and cheese. Than gonna get rude and basically called me a liar when I told her how they do it. She was like you mean to tell me they only charge you $3.20. Yes ma’am they do. And told her I can show her proof cause I had receipts. My husband even knew the price because he sometimes goes and get it for me. She gonna continue talking trash. Saying ain’t no way she only pay that she just trying to get over. I told them to keep the meatballs cause I don’t like her attitude. I’m standing by the lottery machine and still hear her talking about it to another customer. I WILL NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN!!!! I had to keep reminding myself that I was to far from home and didn’t have bail money

Subway is one of my favorite places to eat, but this one was by far the worst I have ever eaten at. The workers acted as if I was a problem to be in there and the 2 subs I got I said I wanted exactly the same. I had to ask them twice to make both sandwiches with the equal amount of stuff on it because they would put the right amount on 1 and very little on the other. Then I had to get them to remake 1 of them because a fly kept landing on it. After going through all of that I get home to eat it and the bread was still raw in the middle of both sandwiches. Would not even give it 1 star but had to so I could leave a review. Will never go back again.

At this location which is the closest location to me unfortunately. Which has constantly over the last 6 months been out of supplies employees untrained equipment broken and the list goes on. Overall not able to complete a single order in full any of the times I have been in the last 6 months. Would recommend spending the extra 10 minutes to drive to the next closest location.

I am never coming to this location again as soon as I walked in all the employees started to roll there eyes like they don’t want to do another and I tried to get a cold cut combo and the response I got has they have none due to it all being FROZEN and so they over charged me a sandwich that I didn’t want but I was hungry but and when I decided on my vegetables to put on my sandwich they didn’t have any pickles or spinach leaves and they didn’t even asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted they just pop it in while they were cursing and talking trash about people and while they were on the phone as well talking to someone else besides making sure there customer was taking care of and I asked about the cookie bundle deals they have and I was told there ain’t none which I call bull on that and they act like I am just here to collect a paycheck instead of just making sure there customer has everything that they need on there sandwich I mean I never been to this location and I ain’t coming here again you mark my words on that
