Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Mr. Edwards Morris is an amazing manager! He worked with our teacher budget to help feed our staff at Northfield, and we were blown away by his professionalism and kindness. It’s incredible to see such a big company be such a great community partner to a small city school like ours.
The food was excellent — many of our staff had never had Whataburger breakfast or lunch before, and it was a huge hit! We’ve already started planning a second staff banquet for Christmas because of the wonderful experience Edward and his team gave us at the Memorial location.
Thank you, Mr. Morris, for helping make our conference day amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time going to Whataburger. Me and my daughter decided to go at night time we didn’t know that the store was 24/7 so it was convenient. We waited for 15 minutes in line to get fresh chicken and ended up getting old chicken that was refried . I loved the service guy Dawson at the window great personality and caring. I didn’t know the food was old til I drove 15 minutes back home to eat. Hopefully I can contact the manager. $30 dollars worth nothing.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Today (10/10/25) the cashier was a new employee in training, and both she and her manager were very polite and helpful. The food came in literally two minutes, and…just see the rating if you want to know how good the food was. And although this is kinda out of their hands, the price of my food was really cheap! I got more here for $15 (fries, burger, drink, shake) than I would at the Sonic down the street. Will definitely be coming here again soon!

I recently visited Whataburger with my wife and our two kids, and we all had an excellent experience. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly the quality you expect from Whataburger, but this location truly went above and beyond.
What impressed us most was the service. Store Manager Sam sets a high standard—he was friendly, professional, and you can tell he cares about his customers and team. Our kids were treated kindly, our order was spot-on, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming.
It’s rare to see a manager so engaged and approachable, but Sam makes the experience enjoyable for the whole family. Thanks to him and his team, Whataburger has become one of our family’s favorite spots. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We waited over 20 minutes in the restaurant. Thought they were just behind until we saw a later group get their food. Went to counter & finally went around to BACK of counter to get someones attn. Apparently our order had been ready as the burgers were barely warm. Was told no MOD, so Noone to complain to! Burgers were ok.

My daughter was having a Halloween party and she wanted wings to feed her guests. I had not tried the WhataWings before and was hesitant to place a catering-sized order until I tried some. Mgr Edward and employee, Kelsi, were eager to assist. They offered the kind of service you rarely see anymore and made my visit and food order a breeze. The wings were delicious and they made my visit fun (and not a hassle). I left with not only my food order, but two new friends at Whataburger who will keep me coming back (along with their great burgers and fries with Spicy Ketchup).

Wanted to see if the hype lives up. It doesn’t. Signature burger was mediocre. Fries were cold and service blew. Just another fast food place with people who don’t wanna be there and don’t care what they’re dishing out. Hell even Mc Donalds got better quality than this. WENDY’S even. So ya… It’s gotta be 3am after party I’m desperate type food… And even then I’d rather go to Waffle House… Wack.

This is the only location in Murfreesboro that has the order ready on time. We always order ahead, due to oddly extreme wait times at the other locations. When we stopped in today, on Black Friday, our order was ready on time. It was also perfect temperature and flavor.
We will always make the trip over to this Memorial Blvd location for our Whataburger now. At least I’ll know I can fully enjoy the experience.

during the day no issues food is correct everytime but I’ve had nothing but nonstop issues getting anything from this place at night can’t even make a burger plain… it’s two buns and a patty how do you mess that up…. consistently!!!!! Won’t be eating At this location anymore
