NASTY! the bun looked like it was sprayed with Pam or some oil spray the lettuce was too big for the sandwich and it was wet. The meat was dry and spongy. No ketchup was on mine so I added it. Extremely dissatisfied but was hungry so I ate half. Fries were gritty, cold and dry. The onion rings on the other hand were perfectly fried and taste amazing but they gave me less then 10!!? overall it’s not worth the price and taste horrible.. After eating 5guys, you wonder if this is even beef… Dunno! Run!

I love the Johnny Rockets franchise chains. This one is top notch. May I say they make some incredible chocolate chip cookies that melt in your mouth. There was some great people in the back counter and they let us have some straight out of the oven.

Food was cold and felt like it was sitting out for a while. The burger had so much grease and fluid coming out of it the paper plate started to fall apart. Tasted decent and customer service was ok.

This is a pretty cheap imitation of the regular non-shopping-mall-cafeteria Johnny Rockets. BLTs are meh at best. Shakes are intolerably sugary. This place is priced like a middle of the road burger joint but has McDonald’s quality.

I can’t really justify the chicken tenders and drink we got for being over $10. It was pretty low quality and dry on the inside. Since I’ve never had Johnny Rockets before, I can’t say about this place’s quality in comparison to a non-express Johnny Rocket but it’s painting a poor picture of the franchise.

The burger seemed like Someone injected it with grease the poured a gallon of salt on it. It tasted terrible. I was with 2 other people and they had the same experience. We thought oh we got a bad batch and got a new one. Same experience. Never agin.

Not good food i’ve had my tenders burnt many times at this place the service is slow and the shakes are good but need a little less sugar. a wide variety of coke products i don”t know why they don’t have vanilla flavor though. near the time I stopped going the service and food got better.
