The customer service is nice, fast and friendly. The area is fairly easily accessible. The sandwiches when cut in half have about two third the fixings on one half and a third on the other half. Steak nuggets are an awesome idea and they taste pretty alright, I just wish I didn’t get a pure fat nugget in almost every order. That’s likely not specifically on this store. It’s probably more a thing for distribution to figure out, fat from steak is not steak. Steak is steak regardless of the fat content, however fat is not steak when the nugget is only fat with no actual meat fibres. My go to order is a five piece steak nuggets with a Turkey Ranch Bacon Club, no fries no drink. Totals around $12

I ordered a half pound roast beef. I put the horsey sauce on it. The creamy sauce between all of the folds of meat reminded me of her. I took a bite and the sauce was off. Too much twang and it smelled funny. 100% reminded me of her. I had to change my phone number because of it….

The crew always forgets something so make sure and check before you drive off if you get it to go! Also the employee today was so busy on his cellphone he forgot my sauce to my French dip and that’s the whole purpose of a French dip. Also he didn’t cut it in half. Second time around my burger being not thoroughly cooked. I even specifically stated and requested for my burger to be well done just because of these previous experiences. Everything else with the food was wonderful. Cooks should just consider the need to be more aware and less rushing.

I don’t even like Arby’s but my husband does. The food is never good, the service is worse. I can do without Arby’s and the constant excuses.
