Excellent service and food. I have been here multiple times on my vacation this week and the food has been consistently good each time I have been there. The chicken and fries are always served hot and fresh, so having a bad dine in meal is rare. I love their crisp tasting soft drinks and crushed ice. It’s nice to enjoy a cold and refreshing drink after a long busy day. The employees have always been friendly and work to get orders pumped out in 5 minutes or less.

We stopped by during our road trip, and it made for the perfect break. My husband is an LSU alum, so we always hunt for Raising Cane’s wherever we go—and this Huber Heights location was a great find! The restaurant was clean, had plenty of parking, and offers a convenient drive-thru for those on the go.
The LSU-themed decor, along with the inviting outdoor seating area lit by charming lights, created an atmosphere that enhanced our dining experience. As always, the food was exceptional—crispy, tender chicken fingers, Texas toast, crinkle-cut fries, and that signature and addictive Cane’s sauce that keeps us coming back! This is a very well run restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. The service is quick. We are all human and make mistakes, but what matters is how we handle them. They accidentally forgot a part of my order tonight and I drove back to get it corrected. The manager that handled it was excellent and made sure my order was remade right away. He even provided a gift card for a free meal next time. The service is a big part of the reason I keep coming back!

Don’t let long line deter you. It moves quick. Staff taking orders at drive-thru great idea. Food was served fast. I really enjoyed the chicken. It was tender and outside was crispy! Need a Cane’s in Ft. Lauderdale!

Aight, as always, tldr:
Ordered cainiac combo, no slaw extra fry coke zero no ice. Paid cash. Asked cashier if change was in bag. She looked me dead in the eye and said yes.
There was no change at all inside the bag.
Furthermore, the 6 chicken tenders were, I kid you not, no longer than 4 inches long each. Im not kidding. It was insane. The fries were about half as full as in the past as well. I filed a report about the missing change and nothing from the company heard back. Used the receipt order and location number too. Honestly sad cuz I used to LOVE going there for the food and cost. Not worth anymore and honestly more sad than mad about the change. Oh and it was 18 dollars with tax. Wild for that.
Edit: I was contacted by Raising Cane’s customer service and provided two free base combo meal tickets. So while I am not changing the ranking of stars on this experience, because that is what happened, I want to point out I sincerely appreciate the quick and reasonable response they had to this bad experience.

Got it for my granddaughter! She loves Cane’s. However it took me 3 attempts on the app to get the order to go through. The good thing is that the order was ready when I arrived.
