12/30. Went as I had points from my previous experience. Ordered a bacon and cheese on a toasted English muffin. Muffin not toasted and the bacon is burned beyond anything anyone would want to eat. Guess the manager and owner here just know they will get business and don’t care about product quality
11/25. Tried again. Waited 11 minutes and was handed a cold breakfast sandwich. English muffin wasn’t even toasted. Also do not get ice cream from here as the tubs have ice and other flavors dropped in other tubs- big cross contamination issue
manager is the worst! She will roll her eyes and treat you horribly if they made a mistake on an order. She will then also belittle the staff in front of the customers. No wonder the staff turn over is high. Avoid unless desperate

This Dunkin’ never fails to brighten my day! The employees are always so kind, attentive, and genuinely make you feel cared for—it’s clear their warmth comes straight from their manager. She’s incredible: hardworking, uplifting, and truly takes pride in everything she does. You can feel the love and dedication in every visit.
I honestly can’t imagine anyone having a negative word about the manager or staff—it just doesn’t reflect the wonderful experiences I’ve had here.

Came at 840pm on a Friday night for late night sweet treat, the doors were locked and the employees waved us away and told us they were closed when the store hours were literally posted on the front door and on google, that they’re not supposed to close until 9pm. Very disappointed, we just wanted some ice cream:(

I’ve tried to shop at this store several times. The posted hours say they close at 9 pm, but I’ve arrived at 8:40 pm and it was already closed. On one occasion, I arrived at 8:30 pm and received very poor service. I would just like to know if the hours are actually different?

I went yesterday to pick up coffee and tea and the service was horrible. First, the person that greeted me at the counter (a manager) was not friendly or welcoming. Did not get a thank you and have a nice day! There were two people in front of me complaining and waiting for someone to acknowledge them so that they could get their order CORRECTED. I was warned not to use this DD and now I know why. I’d rather drove an hour away to another DD than to use this one again.

i asked for a latte and the manager said there’s no latte so i said ok thanks nevermind, as im about to leave she says ok u want a latte and prepares me an iced coffee (she thinks i didn’t notice) with the wrong sweetener, im an avid latte drinker & that wasn’t a latte and the cup was still hot with my ice melted before i even left the store. Came back in (which i never ever do) bc i was bothered. How are you going to give me the wrong item, then not make it right as a manager. and gaslights me saying the nespresso in the machine is being made or some BS. I didn’t even bother i just took the L and left. Next time as a manager, don’t falsely pretend you have something that you don’t in order to make a sell. That iced coffee didn’t sit right with my stomach & tasted horrible. 0/10 never coming again.

The manager here is always yelling and rude to employees. The donuts and ice tea was infested with bugs last summer and bathroom didn’t have soap for over a year. Along with this the donuts are always stale.

This DD overcharged me for grou d regular beans. The hired help was clueless to think on their own to resolve an issue.
However, in the parking lot outside you can find Charlie’s Hot Dog Truck. Decent prices for decent water dogs! Charlie’s gets 5 stars
