The food here is absolutely amazing. Everything was incredibly flavorful and tasted fresh, and I would gladly come back for the food alone.
Unfortunately, the service did not quite match the quality of the meal. Although the restaurant was full, it wasn’t busy, yet we waited nearly 40 minutes while several tables remained uncleared the entire time we stood there.
I’m not usually one to focus on small details, but this felt like a series of avoidable delays that stretched out the evening. The constant walking around of waiters but not checking in or even making eye contact so that we can ask for help was just annoying. Having to get up to ask for the check when you can tell that everybody is ready to pay is just not ideal.

Food was phenomenal and authentic. More importantly it is freshly cooked, real ingredients and a burst of flavors. Generous portions.
Clean place, family owned. I ordered chicken curry and it was so tasty!
The pho is a must and the sweet bean coconut milk pudding.

This was a very nice dinner! We had the fresh summer rolls with pork. Pho spicy beef and Pho meatballs. Very flavorful tender meat. Our server Brandon was super kind attentive and helpful as it was our first time there. We will be back with friends.

Found this gem and the food is delicious (both take out and dine in). The staff is warm and welcoming and were helpful with recommendations. We had the shrimp curry and Com Bo Nuong with vermicelli. The portions are very generous and the flavors were great. Definitely recommend and this will be a new favorite place!

My husband and I have dined in and also gotten taken out. The food is delicious. We’ve had PHO and also their dinners with noodles or rice. The dinners have been excellent. The amount of food is plentiful. The server is excellent, he’s friendly, efficient (he works very hard) and he is confident with his recommendations, he knows the menu and dishes really well. His recommendations have surpassed our expectations. He’s probably the best waiter we’ve ever had. We don’t eat out often, so when we do, we want the experience to be good, and PHO Vans does not disappoint. I highly recommend.

What a lovely Vietnamese restaurant! My husband and I stopped by for lunch and we weren’t disappointed! The flank steak pho was delicious and well prepared. We ordered extra noodles, which they served on a side dish with a set of scissors (which made adding it to our dish much easier!) The table sauce they make was tasty and had a nice kick to it. The service was kind and quick, which I really appreciated. They have easy parking surrounding the building, which was super convenient and the candies on the way out were a fun little treat. We look forward to returning again next time we’re in town! 🙂

There was only one server, but he was very efficient and we didn’t feel like we were waiting long. He was friendly and professional. The food was excellent. I had the pho and it was exactly what I needed on a cold snowy day. My family had other dishes which they also loved so I suspect you won’t be disappointed in the quality of the food.

Van’s Vietnamese Restaurant is an absolute gem! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care — every dish tastes authentic and perfectly seasoned. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve. On top of that, the service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Myself and two girl friends ordered takeout from this place today and it was awesome! The folks that run it are wonderful! They reviewed my order at pickup, and helped me out to my car. Once we got the food home everything was so fresh, flavorful, and piping hot. We got the pho beef broth soup with different additions of steak or brisket, the spicy chicken with noodles, deep fried pork rolls and shrimp rolls, the spicy beef salad and stuffed chicken wings. For the soup they individually wrapped everything for you to add when you got home. This ensured a high level of freshness. See photo for left overs. The portions were pretty large. While we didn’t eat in the restaurant everything looked very clean and bright with nice dark wooden tables that gave the place an earthy feel. We are so ordering from this place again! Would highly recommend!!!! Tell your friends and support the locals! These folks have earned a great review!!!!
