We dream about these spring rolls. So delicious. Rice paper wrapper with thin rice noodles and lettuce and cucumber, thinly sliced and shredded carrot in an incredible sauce with a bit of a kick, but not too much. We tried the cane juice and learned that it includes a bit of coconut water and another ingredient. We agreed it has a bit of a flavor like crushed Froot Loops. We added Boba to ours. Black spheres that are chewy and made of tapioca starch which is made from the root plant cassava. Gluten-free. Love this Vietnamese food!

A family fave for sure! Not only is it close to where we live but the food is soooo yummy! My mom barely has an appetite but when we get dinner here she eats it all. So we try to go here once a week. Staff is very friendly and their boba is top notch!!!

Cafe trang is a delicious Vietnamese restaurant in American fork (with other locations across the state) and is always a great experience.
The honey glazed pork on the jasmine rice bowl is my absolute favourite, pairing it with the fresh veggies and white rice is delicious. At an up charge, you can add an egg roll which is so worth the extra money! Crunchy and salty with soft filling. Adding a side of hoisin sauce makes for a fantastic meal.
The customer service is always warm and welcoming. Plenty of seating options and fast service.
Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area!

I have been here many times. Normally the Pho is great and the service is great. Last night, 6 October 2025, there was no ice in the ice machine, I let the kid behind the counter know and at least for the 45 minutes we were there he did nothing about it – so warm beverages for all. In the past the Chicken Pho has been great but last night there was very very little chicken and this was a disappointment for me. The flavor was still very good but of all of the Pho places I have been to in my life this was the least amount of chicken I have ever experienced. We will come back one more time and give them another try because maybe this was just a one-off bad experience and all experiences before this have been very good.

This place was really good. I ordered the vermicelli bowl with an extra cha gio. Every item on my bowl was delicious. The nuoc mam wasn’t as strong as I like it. I like mine pungent especially for a vermicelli bowl. 10/10 recommend. I really enjoyed how clean and maintained the whole restaurant is. I will definitely come back to try their other items on the menu.

Tucked away just off the freeway in the strip mall on the east side. The atmosphere was inviting with fresh plants and every table was full. We chose to mix the Jasmine rice with the noodles with coconut curry chicken. Be sure to order extra sauces on the side. My favorite was the chai coconut water.

First time at this location! I’ve gone to the Lehi Traverse Mountain location a few times before so I knew what to expect.
Even though it’s 93 degrees outside, I had to get pho today due to body aches and just not feeling well. It’s Vietnamese chicken noodle soup to cure you back to health. When you know you need pho, you just gotta go! Good thing it’s air conditioned inside so it’s nice and comfortable.
Got the small pho with thin steak slices – just what the doctor ordered. Anytime I feel under the weather, pho is the best thing to get.
This location was clean, and inviting. The staff was friendly and the menu was clearly presented.
Their milk tea with pearls is pretty good! And the boba is nice and chewy – good indication that it’s freshly made. We will def be back and happy to see they have a location closer to me! Love this place!

This is literally one of our FAVORITE restaurants!
They have the best pho I’ve ever tasted. I thought l didn’t like pho before I had it from here. They have fresh toppings and herbs you can add optionally. I realize I don’t like the Thai Basil and they put it on the side.
My other favorite is their taro boba smoothie and they have a big selection of other boba teas and smoothies as well as a glorious menu of other Vietnamese foods that I’m so excited to try!

We ordered spring rolls, wontons, a bahn mi, and a vermicelli bowl.
Spring rolls
reallt big and good flavors. The sauce it comes with is not what most restaurants have. It is peanut sauce, but has sweet chili or something in it. I found myself missing the more popular sauce.
Wontons
Really good! Just cream cheese and that sweet sauce. If wontons are good enough, I never use the sauce and these were great!
Bahn Mi
With pork, this sandwich is AMAZING! The pork tastes extremely high-quality and almost a charred taste like a good steak has. I am amazed at how delicious the pork it. Its the best I’ve had, anywhere. The rest of the sandwich is pretty good too, although I wish there were more veggies and fewer noodles. Should’ve gotten it without jalapeño.
Vermicelli Bowl
Delicious bowl. Again, especially with the pork. Everything else in the bowl is pretty standard (but still taste). Really good ratio of veggies!
