8/31/2025 – This is the first store opened in the U.S. while the chain store has more than 1,000 stores in China and Taiwan. Ita specialty is fruit tea and rice roll.
I ordered a Lemon Yashi Oolong that is excellent, or fresh with just right sweetness, and you can see some fresh lemon pulp.
Mango coconut sago 芒果椰汁西米露 is also excellent with fresh MANGO. I truly enjoyed both drink, especially Mango coconut sago.
The Rice Roll is outstanding with fresh ingredients.

My Taiwanese coworker’s favorite rice ball spot — and now I totally get why! Super authentic! I’ve repurchased the salted egg yolk one so many times — one bite and it’s just insanely satisfying! The sticky rice is perfectly steamed: soft, bouncy, fragrant, and chewy. Their signature salted egg yolk rice ball is only $8.99 — such a great deal! I always get an extra one to take home for the next day.
Tried one of their new flavors and wow — the mango inside is so sweet! It goes surprisingly well with the sticky rice. Freshly made and absolutely delicious!

A very unassuming rice roll shop from the outside, but very aesthetically decorated on the inside. I had to order on the kiosk even though there were staff at the counter to take orders, and I got the eel rice roll. The eel itself was delicious and the rice roll was waaay bigger than I expected. It was nice to see a lot of other ingredients inside the roll too like the cucumber, but I was not expecting pork sung and I don’t think pork sung was listed as an ingredient in the item description. Unfortunately I very much dislike pork sung so I didn’t finish the rice roll. Other than that though, it was a unique rice roll.

First of all, the atmosphere is good and very peaceful, making it a perfect moment for quiet reflection and relaxation. About the food, the rice roll is delicious, and the ingredients are fresh, offering a burst of flavor with every bite. Last but not least, I must say this is the place where I will choose to come back again, not only for the peaceful atmosphere but also for the exceptional food that I would love to try with different combos. It feels like the perfect spot to enjoy a great meal. Finally, I ultimately recommend the Eel Rice Roll! It’s a must-try!

The rice rolls are tasty and the decor is cute. We tried their sesame drink and it was very good. However, the portions are small. It will be great if there’s an option for a large order or have side dishes. I understand this is a franchise and there’s not much the owner could do, but the portions are probably barely enough for young girls but definitely not enough for guys.
