Pho Dac Biet came with everything Beef from Slices, Brisket, Balls, Tendons to Tripes, the Broth is clean but loaded with flavours, loved it! Pho Bo Kho was a Tomato based Broth with tender Beef Brisket in Vermicelli, so RICH and the fried Shallot made it extra delish! What I like about this spot is that they blanch the Beansprout for you, little things that make your meal a lot more enjoyable!

If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese, mom and pop style food. Auntie Phong has got a handle on it. Her flavorful bowls will have you craving to come back for more. My favs are her Pho Bo Kho (beef stew)and Pho Tai (with rare beef)
The meat was tender and plentiful.
Portions are quite large so I usually get the small bowl always steaming hot you won’t be disappointed.

Best bun rieu I’ve ever had in my life!! I loved that there was so much crab flavour. Also, the whole crab in the soup was a pleasant surprise–I enjoyed picking the roe out of the crab shell ☺️. Also this is a small detail, but I appreciate that they blanched the bean sprouts before serving.

Stop right now and read this — this is hands down THE BEST bún riêu I’ve ever had! I’m Vietnamese and a huge bún riêu lover, but it’s so rare to find a restaurant version that truly tastes like home… until this place.
The broth is incredibly flavourful, the crab Rieu pieces are soft and delicate, and the whole bowl just feels comforting and authentic. If you love a rich, soupy bún riêu, this is the spot to go.
On top of that, it’s a locally run family business, and you can genuinely feel the love and care they put into every dish. You will not be disappointed — highly, highly recommend! ❤️
Also, you know it’s a great restaurant when it’s quiet and everyone is enjoying the food!

I would say the best bun rieu is at this location. They serve the soup with an actual side of a whole small crab and the broth is very flavorful. We really enjoyed the soup and the portion is quite generous!
Bun rieu is a tomato, crab, and pork noodle soup and not every Vietnamese restaurant makes it. It’s great knowing there’s an option in the east end for this kind of noodle soup!

The spring rolls are an absolute must at this joint. They’re crispy, plump, and super tasty. The bun bo hue and banh cuon was decent, though I’ve had better elsewhere. Still good. I’d come back just for the spring rolls 100%!

Delicious authentic Vietnamese food. Price is reasonable. Family owned business, cozy simple restaurant. We always order Special Beef Noodles and Rice Wrap (#53). Very tasty. The soup is really good. It’s also famous for its Crab Noodles but I don’t eat crabs so never try it.

Ordered take out for dinner tonight. I had pho, the Bon Bo Hue. It has hue style beef shank, Vietnamese sausage, pork, thick vermicelli noodles in a spicy lemongrass soup and the fresh grilled pork rolls.
The food was fresh and very flavorful. The soup was spicy. This is a family run business and I love supporting these local small businesses. I highly recommend them.

20250920 Update: We came here for many times already. The signature Crab Velicemlli and Pad Thai noodles images are added to this review. Yummy 🙂
2024: The portion is giant for the fried dishes and noodles. I love it to share with family.

The pho broth was flavorful and yummy, and their portion sizes are generous given the pricing, which is really reasonable (and less expensive compared to the newer Vietnamese restaurants that have more recently opened). Food came out relatively quickly.
The restaurant itself is small, so I can see there being a wait during busy times, but it seems like tables turn over fairly quickly. Parking is ample but can get busy with various other eateries and businesses in the plaza.
