I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway today, and it was all thanks to Nazaria. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about her work. She didn’t just make my sandwich, she made the entire experience memorable.
Nazaria crafted an excellent sandwich, paying close attention to every detail and making thoughtful suggestions that elevated it beyond the usual. What truly stood out, though, was how knowledgeable she is. She took the time to explain things about Subway that I had no idea about before, answering questions I didn’t even realize I had. It felt like she truly cared about making sure I had the best possible experience.
Employees like Nazaria are rare. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to great service reflect incredibly well on this location and the Subway brand as a whole. She absolutely deserves recognition and honestly, a raise, for the way she treats customers and takes pride in her work.
If management is reading this: keep her, support her, and reward her. She is exactly the kind of employee every business hopes to have.

I waited over 20 minutes just to get one sub. All the employee needed to do was heat the bread and add the toppings, but the process was extremely slow. There was no consideration for the long line of waiting customers, and it was clear the worker was not confident in their role. More training is definitely needed on how to properly and efficiently prepare a sandwich.

One day she showed me a great trick — spreading garlic aioli on the bread before toasting it and it completely changed the way I order my sandwich! Now I do it every time. It’s the small things like that, along with her positive attitude and attention to detail, that make this location stand out.

Horrible. I believe the lady was the manager, she was coughing and not covering her mouth, while preparing other sandwiches. Additionally, she was complaining with someone at the store about the job which I understand it’s not easy. Lastly, I spent like 10 minutes while she was preparing online orders, I’m like hello this isn’t Lunch. If you are the owner, please train your employees look at today’s tape.
