The tables are packed together and there’s not much room to set your stuff down. The tables and floors were dirty. The Tabasco sauce at the table is either not real or expired, and tasted like vinegar and olive juice. They don’t have many gluten free and meat free options. I was going to order the fajitas without meat but was told that it would be the same price regardless ($30 after tax). I had to order sides and combine them to make a meal. The food itself was disappointing. I was hungry after a busy day and in my experience I’ve found that pretty much any food tastes good if you’re hungry enough but this was the exception. We were disappointed in the food, the quality, and the prices. The service was pretty good. The waitress was nice and the food didn’t take too long. Still, I will avoid this place in the future.

The only real option for a sit-down lunch in this area. It was quick to get seated, and the service was good. Not a lot of choices for a meal—just salads, burgers or sandwiches, fajitas, or fries chicken pieces. I got the 4 piece fried chicken, and it was really good but very heavy and filling. It came with a lot of fries, and I was too stuffed and couldn’t finish my food. The strawberry lemonade was sweet and refreshing.

cold food! Terrible service, not busy waitress said we had to order through the app…. Ok fine no problem. Cot the Bailey’s coffee all we got was a cup of coffee with a shot of Bailey’s on the side…. No whip… No care. Got the omelet it was cold, onions raw, salsa watery potatoes barely cooked. Also go Belgium waffles, again cold and gross . Never asked how we are doing or if we needed anything else. Please avoid going here, unless you like to be disappointed .

It was packed but I got seated quickly. My waiter John was on top of his game running around tending to multiple tables. I got my food and needed to get a takeout box right away. The food was good and hot. The place wasn’t very clean but that’s to be expected in an airport restaurant.

I recently visited this place, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The plate was not washed with ketchup all smeared on it. The floors were sticky, and tables had leftover crumbs and stains. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, lacking basic courtesy. Orders took an unusually long time to arrive, the food served was not warmed enough and the overall experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they improve both their hygiene and customer service.

The chicken fajitas with black beans and rice were alright and the triple dipper platter consisting of egg rolls, buffalo boneless wings, and mozzarella sticks were okay. Overall, it’s overpriced for okay food but expected since it was in the airport.

Fast service and seating. I was seated immediately and the food was out within 10 minutes of ordering.
Fajitas were great. Well seasoned and with all necessary extras. I did have to ask for a cup of salsa. Margarita was great. Strong enough to justify the $17 price.
Table was bussed quickly after eating. Overall the staff was very nice and service was great.

Ebony was an ANGEL! She was attentive and prompt. We sat at the bar around 8am, not terribly busy but the bar was full. Each staff member was kind and forthcoming with specials and accommodations. We always love to visit chilis ️ at any airport we go to and this was a top notch visit!

At O’Hare airport waiting for flight and decided to have lunch at Chili’s. Chicken sandwich was good but not great. Beef burger was excellent. Fries with both meals were very good. Service was excellent and prompt. Great place to eat if short on time for flight.

A really good place for a beer and burger before you go on board. The service was fast and friendly. And the burger was pretty good. Still it was crowed but the service had the overview anytime. Thanks. Next time i will be back.
