I used to stop here every day on my way to work until a worker started screaming at me while waiting in their drive thru that I was blocking her path to take out the trash. She started hitting my window and sticking her face in front of my closed window. I will NEVER go to this Starbucks again! It’s a loss for them, I used to spend $300 or more a month there. I now go to a Starbucks that treats me better and values my business. Still waiting on a call from their district manager. Double disappointment. Not even management took care of business.

As I was sitting down with my beverage to enjoy it inside on the rainy day they asked me to leave, because they closing lobby 10 minutes before posted closing time. Well the only reason I was there is to sit down for 10 minutes and have a warming drink not to be standing outside in the rain with it. If you closing lobby on different hours then you posted, then do diligence and make a sign for lobby hours. Amateurs

I wouldn’t order here. Terrible coffee and terrible service. They don’t give out straws anymore unless you ask. We ordered frappes and failed to include the straws for both of them. Like how are we supposed to drink them? Their excuse was from Shelby “we don’t include them unless the doordasher asks” which I think is completely ridiculous. Terrible. Well just continue ordering and doing charge backs until the job is done right. Thanks for the free coffee

Stop by this starbucks and it was closed. No hours sign. Saw workers in there. It was 10 minutes before closing. Starbuck do better. If i could give a negative to this starbucks i would.

This Starbucks is just an average Starbucks. You get what you pay for. Staff is overall friendly. If you go through the drive thru things are generally faster. Inside seating is nice and so is the ambiance.

I never used to use the drive thru here, but now that I have to in order to enjoy my buckies beverage, I’ve been very impressed every single time with the employees. So friendly! A long line doesn’t mean you’ll be there forever either, they move very quickly. I’d say 5 minutes maybe with 8 or 9 cars ahead of me.

Today I went to this Starbucks because I enjoy a great cup of coffee however I was extremely disappointed in the service that I received at the drive thru window. The lady was very rude and when I asked for an accommodation she said there is always another Starbucks but with a very distasteful tone. I’m sad to say I won’t be going to Starbucks for a while.

The customer service has significantly decreased in the last 8 months. There is always an employee who is constantly looking upset. The place used to have a more cozy feel to it. Now it feels like the tables and chairs are a formality.

I decided to stop at this location (1/14/15) since I was in the area but I should have just gone to my usual location. I would have given this location a couple more stars but aside from waiting at least 15 mins for 1 drink there was an employee(one with a side buzz) that talked back to me saying “if youre in a rush dont come here” and thought I didn’t hear. I replied, “l’m sorry what was that ? ” and she didn’t know what to say and said ” I wasn’t taking to you”. Read a few reviews and I’m surprised nothing has been done in months.
