I used to LOVE IT here but something is wrong for sure. We ordered a cheesesteak that was basically just toasted bread.
I got the chicken franchise and I used to love it so much. They mist have new owners because it was like watery pasta. The original meal had a nice lemon sauce, but this was pure water. They must have new owners. There are so many other good places in town that this will now be a no from me.

The pizza “taste” is outstanding. However the toppings are minimal. Last time I asked for extra sausage topping and it still didn’t look like a “normal” amount. Something has changed for the bad in the last couple months, things are continually getting worse. The calamari tonight was so hard, had to throw the whole thing out without even eating it. I have spent at least $100 a week there for the last 9-10 months and the consistency has declined. I attached a photo of my sausage, pepper and onion pizza to show the 8 pieces of sausage on my large pie. Very disappointed. 2nd pizza is from another place. That is what it should look like. Lost my business.

I got a Panini, I was told I was not allowed to substitute my fries for anything. And then the owner just gave me an attitude and gave me a hard time which I didn’t appreciate. Never go here again that’s for sure. there’s a reason that this place has been going under and failing for the past Couple years

I’ve been coming here for about ten years and they have gone down hill. Third order in a row my food has been messed up. Last time it took over an hour and half for my food which was just ok. Now I get a Buffalo wrap that basically has no sauce in it. Over cooked chicken and let’s not forget the toothpick in the middle of the wrap on each half.

Not sure what happened with this buffalo chicken pizza. When I had it years ago it looked like it looks in the picture on the menu but this didn’t look right. The blue cheese should not be mixed in with the buffalo sauce and chicken and cooked…it should be added on after it’s taken out of the oven. That’s probably what caused the sauce on top to look discolored broken and curdled. Would never order this again if this is how they make this pizza now.

Ordered a large eggplant parm sub which I was hoping to eat half now and the other half tomorrow; however they put such little eggplant on it I needed to use the eggplant from one half to fill the other. Very disappointing, Not sure how they looked at this and thought it was okay. Wasted my money.

Honestly think this is a solid 4 star spot. They make very good gourmet pies. Prices have gone up and I understand that but on top of it, everytime I order, the pies get slightly smaller and the crusts get thicker. Had probably 2.5” of crust on my last pie. Wish the place the best but lost a customer because of this
