This particular location has a tendency to mess up orders with regularity. A recent experience with a mobile order caused a great deal of work because the food and drink we ordered (and were charged for) were apparently not available and we were told we had to go through a call center to get a refund! Firstly, we should not have been charged for food and drink that they do not have in stock. Then to make us go through a call center and wait on hold for 20 minutes in order to get a refund is ridiculous. This should all be handled within the store manager’s authority. I highly recommend staying away from this location at 81 Green Bay Rd. in Glencoe.

Lousy experience. Ordered in app the day before. The morning of they charged my card. Subsequently, went into store to pick up order. However, they ran out of donuts, and more importantly, they wouldn’t give me a refund. Manager said to call customer service and I could “dispute the order”. But, there’s nothing to dispute – they didn’t have any donuts. Total waste of $50. Will never order from this place again

One staff handling some what busy crowd. Kudos to the young girl who handled single handily the crowd and made the patrons happy. First time being to a dunkin having two floors. Dinning area is upstairs, cozy area to spend some time with family and friends. Bathroom can be clean, and no toilet paper.

The gals here do a great job keeping up with the orders. Just wish Dunking still made donuts in their stores fresh all day and with more variety. I miss the coconut donuts.

All the people that work there a very nice however this Dunkin is understaffed 50% percent of the time. And if you’re going to post on line that you are open until six, kindly stay open until six.

Dunkin’ is a pretty good place to get your coffee and a soda. I have a good friend who swares by them for his ice coffee and that is year round. When we are together and he wants to stop by the joint he offers me a coke. We pull up through the drive through and after he gets his drink we ask for an empty large cup full of ice and a coke. They only come in 20oz plastic bottles and they charge us 85 cents for the cup and ice. Now the reason I only gave them 3 stars is because of this. We bought a drink! Wow can we be charged for this cup and ice after purchasing the bottle of Coke?

Ordered 22 donuts in advance (via app) for a school breakfast, but when I get to the store I get told “no donuts”. No information via the app. I would have seen the funny side of this if it weren’t for the fact that my daughter ended up being late for school.
Suggest you change the name of the store to Dunkin (and probably no) Donuts.
