We ate at Starlite at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cocoa Beach while we were there for a quick little family staycation, and I just wanted to take a minute to recognize how great our experience was — especially because of our waitress, Allie.
Allie was honestly fantastic. She was super accommodating and attentive, but never in a way that felt like too much. She checked on us at all the right times and made us feel taken care of without hovering.
She really knew the menu too, which I always appreciate. When we asked for suggestions, she gave thoughtful recommendations that ended up being exactly right for what we were in the mood for.
What meant the most to me as a mom was how patient she was with our kids. She listened to every order (and all the little modifications that come with kids ), and the food came out exactly how we asked for it — which tells me she was really paying attention.
In today’s world, it feels like genuinely good service is harder and harder to find, especially when you’re traveling. So when you do get it, it stands out.
Thank you, Allie, for taking such great care of our family and helping make our little getaway that much more enjoyable. You truly renewed my faith in the service industry.

We had breakfast while staying here at the Hilton. Lori our server was amazing. Great job and she is a great asset to the venue. Had the Chorizo Eggs Benedict and it was great. It’s nice to have an onsite restaurant that actually provides great food and service. Fair price as well. We done. Thanks again Lori

Shannon, Lori and Bridgette were hands down my favorite guest experiences in all of my travels. Great interactions and Shannon even gave us a ton of information about Cocoa beach, where to see the sunset and best places to visit before we depart. I am a Gm of a Hilton property and was in town for the Hilton Conference/vacation but because of this experience I will be returning to your property with my family next year to see all of the sights your staff recommended. Sat at the bar and the bartender was incredible creative, but always attentive to seemingly everyone very quickly. Food was better than I expected by a lot: catch of the day with vegetables of the day + rice ended up as swordfish and Brussels sprouts with crisp/caramelized garlic. Cocktails were definitely a credit to the head bartender who was working (aforementioned amazing service) and the variety was great as well as the flavors delicious for all palates. Expected thoroughly mediocre hotel bar/restaurant and left happily fed and hydrated with my unusual taste (extra bitter amaros) perfectly balanced and served. Service made the atmosphere above and beyond. Locals were also eating and drinking here which is an incredible endorsement.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Shannon. She was incredibly kind, offered us great sightseeing tips, and even suggested a place for a delicious breakfast. We tried two dishes, and both were absolutely delightful. Her warm and attentive service made our visit even more special. Highly recommended!

Allie was our server and she absolutely SETS THE BAR on how a server should perform the job! I’m pretty simple…greet me pretty quickly after I’m sat and be prepared for me to want water, coffee, or both. Recommendations on the menu items are welcome and take my order sooner than later and check on me occasionally. Be nice. She was all that in spades.

The food is good but the waitress makes this place a 5 star – we had Susie for breakfast and she was fantastic!!! Our waitress in the evening was amazing. She suggested the pizza and it was very good.

Gorgeous presentation of meals and delicious food! Servers were extremely attentive and informative about food and about activities in the area. Beautiful view of sun and palm trees out the wall of windows. Our breakfast server Shannon was so sweet!

Usually hotel restaurants are a hit or miss, but this one is actually good. Everything we ordered was well prepared and full of flavor. 5 stars no doubt. Nikki was above and beyond which made our dinner pretty awesome. Will Def recommend this place to friends and family.
