I went to Jersey Mike’s at 310 Arlington Boulevard on Thursday December 4,2025 around 12:45 pm. I ordered 2 subs. The first one the bread was placed on paper and cut open. No problem there. The second one is where the problem came in. My bread was placed on the counter top …..no paper underneath. I told the guy I didn’t think that was sanitary. The counter had crumbs all over it. The guy said any Jersey Mike’s I go to is going to have a little crumbs on the counter and that they wipe the counter off after every few sandwiches. I looked at him. Then he had the audacity to say I can either fix you a sandwich or you can have a nice day. I said well I will definitely have a nice day and you can’t get upset because I refuse to eat off a dirty counter. Even if the counter gets wiped off, I’m going to assume something is on the rag meaning a cleaner such as bleach or another cleaning solution. That’s toxic. That was very unprofessional and absolutely no way to handle a paying customer. That was a easy fix. The only thing he had to do was give me some fresh bread, put it on paper and prepare my sandwich. That was my first and last time at that location. I will not return and I will not recommend my family and/or friends to visit this location

The guy making the sub was so careful to listen to every detail. Thank you. I love my veggies but I didn’t go to Jersey Mike’s for a salad. I don’t like too much lettuce in my sub. He also didn’t overload it with oil and vinegar so the bread was soaking like it occasionally is when I visit the franchise.
My 2 year old insisted on being barefoot (she’s a country girl and third is Pitt county N.C. after all) but the floor was clean enough for her to walk on. The drink menu consisted of Pepsi products and sweet tea. I grabbed the daily special and a cookie which set me back over $10. I don’t like being asked to tip the staff especially over a cents which it usually ends up being as the request of 10% or more and the meals start at $10 after tax. I reluctantly did tip but I won’t anymore because I just don’t like the idea of tipping in general.

This was my first experience at Jersey Mike’s at first glance I thought this little sandwich. I purchased ( regular turkey w/ American cheese, LTO and jalapeño peppers with mayo oil and oregano on a Rosemary Parmesan Roll(#7) My auntie got a #8. They come in mini, regular and large (enough for 2). We had chips and drinks too. The food and service (very friendly) met my expectations and I would try them again.

Me and a coworker came in around 4 o’clock and the employees were working on a large catering order so I understand they had their hands full but they made everyone in the store wait a long time before even starting their order

The location is nasty. They have mold on HVAC air vents. The return vents have dirt all over them and have duct tape to keep them closed. Under the drink station has caked on dirt. The floors are sticking from the time you walk on until you leave

Good subs here whether you pick hot or cold sandwich. The pepper relish on a turkey sandwich is a great blend of fresh and mildly spicy. Great staff working the day I went. Clean too. Too much food to eat in one sitting, so I enjoyed the same sandwich twice the same day.
