I came to Bubba’s Crab House with friends this time, and overall it was a very satisfying experience. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for hanging out with friends, having casual conversations, and enjoying a good meal without feeling rushed or stressed.
We ordered a seafood combo platter, and the portion size was generous. The crab legs and shrimp were fresh and cooked well, and the seasoning was flavorful without being overpowering. Everything tasted well-balanced, and it was the kind of meal you can really enjoy from the first bite to the last. It’s especially great if you like sharing food and eating together family-style.
The service was also solid. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful when we had questions about the menu. Food came out at a reasonable speed, and we felt well taken care of throughout the meal. You can tell they’re used to serving groups and know how to keep things running smoothly.
Overall, Bubba’s Crab House offers a nice balance of food quality, service, and atmosphere. It’s a comfortable place where you can enjoy seafood, relax, and have a good time. Me and my boyfriend tried this spot out for the first time today and let me just say this..it exceeding our expectations! We ordered the Seafood Deluxe for $140. Which included 6 Clusters of Snow Crab, plus 3 pounds of headless shrimp, red potatoes, boiled eggs, and cajun sausages. We also added a pound of Mussels. This dinner was absolutely delicious! We even had a lot of leftovers for tomorrow Our new favorite spot for seafood. For the price and quality, definitely worth it. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it

The seafood boil is so good. So much flavor and absolutely incredible. My wife and I got crab, green mussels, and deveined AND pealed shrimp with potatoes and sausage. It was far better than the boiling crab or any other spot I’ve been too. 100% recommend this location.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve already been here four times and it never disappoints. The quality of the seafood, especially the snow crab, is just out of this world — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time. For the price, it’s honestly unbeatable. You get top-notch quality without breaking the bank. As long as they keep the same level of quality and pricing, I’ll keep coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Very deep fried oyster and soft crab, OK shrimp.
Since I used to go to Long Beach to buy those light bread coated, fresh oyster and shrimps, light golden color and big pieces, so I was thinking that from the advertisement of this restaurant, I might be able to get the same quality of seafood here. Unfortunately, my hope and imagination was totally shattered when I opened those To Go boxes. The oyster and soft shell crabs were from deep frozen supplies and had very little tastes. Plus, they were dark brown color, as if the soy sauce was added on. They were so much deep fried and they must be super unhealthy with those old oils. I have to throw away all the outside coatings and only ate the remaining inside. Again, the oyster and crab had very little fresh taste. Especially the soft shell crabs, tasted like plastic with dark coatings.
Well, I am certainly very disappointed. However, the service was good. The restaurant is very simple inside. It felt like a fast food restaurant, but not a seafood restaurant. Plus, I think that it is very unhealthy to over fry those seafood. Not coming back for sure.

First ever eating at Bubba’s Crab House. Best time ever!!! Everything was great!! Trust me you will not be disappointed. But one thing you must do is wear an old shirt cuz if u order the family boil,you will get dirty. But it’s all worth it. Mmmmm

Wow this place is one of THE best places me and my girl have been to get a seafood boil hands down!!! From the friendly staff to the amazing food!!! We had pretty much the entire seafood menu including king crab legs as well as the fried soft shell crab and the Cajun fries. And everything was a 10/10 the seasoning alone is magnificent! We have been to many many seafood boils from all over cali from north to south but so far this is the best one. I’d highly recommend the king crab legs and the soft shell crabs. Thanks to the staff it was a huge change having friendly employees as most these places just have staff that really doesn’t care much. The portions are amazing and we will definitely be coming back!!!
Side note if the owner sees this review you guys are doing amazing and your staff is some of the best out there!!

Family meal is the best value, especially for a family of 4! Very tasty, not overly salty. The clams are cooked just right, all shells still had the clam attached. Fried catfish and Cajun fries were on point. So much food from the family meal, we took food home! I really feel like we got our moneys worth, the great tasting food made the value more amazing. We live far but will be back again!

Bubba Crab House is one of the best seafood boil place for sure. The seasoning is delicious. The seafood itself is fresh and hot. We ordered the seafood plate with add on lobster tail. So we pretty much got everything. Also liked their fried soft shell crab and fries as well.
