First time here. Not very busy at lunchtime. Ordered teriyaki chicken and brown rice. The chicken had a sweet sauce but didn’t taste like teriyaki. Just sweet. The salad has a mayo dressing that was watery. Service was fine. Since I had to fix my meal at home to make it taste right, I probably won’t go back.

My sister and I love our sister dates here. We over order but enjoy all the flavors and the quality of the food. The customer service experience is above par. We highly recommend the egg flower soup, the garlic chicken, teriyaki chicken, fried rice and yakisoba. Of course appetizers are a must!

Wow this place is special. After moving to Washington from Chicago, I learned quickly that a Teriyaki restaurant is a dime a dozen, but Toto’s teriyaki is a gem!
They take special care in cooking up their food to order and it has a home cooked meal quality to it. Amazing consistent food on regular basis! You won’t be disappointed.

Great food I get the daily special and a drink each time. Makes it so there is a bit of a change each time. The serving size is large I’m a big guy and it fills me up so worth it for that but taste good as well refill is limited to 1 but I think that good paying for soda makes me drink less great to take home and eat but I think you get more eating in. Also there is a bathroom did not see it my first time here

I have only tried two dishes, the egg drop soup, (ask for extra vegetables), and the chicken fried rice. The flavor of both was excellent, the fried rice would be improved by more additions, it was almost all rice, but certainly a generous portion size.

One of the first things I noticed after coming here for the first time was the tile floor was incredibly sticky. After walking on tile onto a carpet runner my shoe literally stuck to the carpet with each step. I chose a table already set up with napkins and silverware to later discover a grimy spot. When I wiped my napkin across it my napkin was dirty. The lady at the counter was nice enough but I swear she overcharged us and then asked if we were doing takeout and we said we prefer Dine-in and she said they’re closing soon and when we asked when it was an hour from the time we were there which I thought was kind of odd. My kung pao chicken was not spicy even though I asked for it and very salty. Unfortunately won’t be going back to that one. I was however enthralled with their plants

Let me lay it out for you! I live a bit of a distance away in Albuquerque, New Mexico. And still all I can think about is the spicy teriyaki chicken in lacey, WA ! I have actually tried to convince the owners to open a restaurant in the fabulous 505 for about 20 years now! I have literally shipped the salad dressing to myself in a half gallon jug! I can’t say enough how amazing this restaurant is. I became familiar with them during my time in the United States Air Force in the early 2000s. If I were up there I’d be there everyday like I was when I lived 5 minutes away from it! Give yourself a treat and go by! I’m jealous of you already!
