What’s the Dilla was a great time! Fresh, home cooked feel good food is served along with a fun, scenic view from the restaurant table. Came in for food and drinks left wanting to hit some holes on the course. A great place to hangout, catch up with family or make a business deal. Ryan took care of us and he was a hoot from making us espresso martinis to margaritas he hit the nail on the head with a smile. Shout out to the chef, he did a great job on our meal. Truly enjoyed our time and will be back!

Needed a nice place to focus and popped up on this little spot. The cook Deidra was so nice and the food was amazing!!!!! They play great little tunes and the staff and atmosphere makes you feel welcome. Stop in and try the French toast I loved it!!!! I also had the Pot of Gold mimosa as well as some of the Mardi gras mimosas and man oh man I will definitely be back

Every weekend after church we come here to eat the food is amazing and the views are beautiful. This is the best town to live in and there are many great places to eat if you haven’t checked this place out do so you won’t r great it you will find yourself coming often just like me. Ordered the fajita quesadilla (same meal I ordered on my last visit), the server did not ask me if I wanted steak or chicken, I wanted steak which is the default if you don’t specify. Yet I got ground beef that was seared as if they were attempting to pass it off as seared steak. I did open up both quesadillas and pull out several pieces of burger meat and even left a big chunk on my plate to show the server. Not a big deal because it wasn’t like it tasted disgusting, but if it’s supposed to be fajita steak pieces it was kind of a let down. The real reason for my bad review is because after politely asking the server (wasn’t a good server to say the least) and saying it’s not a big deal, but asking if they were out of steak. She went and checked with the cook who then dishonestly told her to tell me that it was steak, after I left a big piece of burger meat/ ground beef. So the dishonesty and treating me like I’m stupid and like I don’t know the difference between ground beef and steak/ fajita steak caused this. Now if they made a mistake or ran out of steak and just said so it wouldn’t be a Dilla at all (pun intended). I think this kind of behavior is unacceptable, so that’s why this place gets a bad review and I will not eat here again.

We just started eating there and it is honestly one of the best places in Pueblo. Good prices and big portions. The food is very good and exceeded my expectations. The service as great! The waitress, Ajah is amazing and was very warm and welcoming and the kids loved her too!! Thanks Ajah for a great dining experience!

I love going to hit some balls and eat some lunch. Ajah is my favorite server. She is always attentive and makes sure my water is filled up and my belly is full. The food is honestly so great and it is one of the greatest Dillas to happen to me. The quesadillas are by far the best I have ever had. Service, food, atmosphere top notch. Oh and the wings, great.

Came for a bucket of range balls, and stood for lunch. Great little place that wasn’t over the top busy. Both the range and the restaurant. Ryan was our server and he just added to the overall experience. Great server with even better recommendations on drinks and food. 10/10 will come back for both. Prices are reasonable all around.
