I paid $14 for two burritos tonight just to have what I paid extra for not even be on my burrito!!!! There was one single car ahead of me not alot going on. But yet tonight I got screwed out of $14 because someone ain’t capable of reading a screen. It’s not rocket science it’s shaping together a burrito with food that has already been made for you. Thank you for wasting my money.

This place is a joke. Went through the drive-thru I asked for two hard tacos and two soft tacos to which I was charged for but when we got to the window and we asked him to repeat it back I could hear someone in the background saying two hard one soft . I repeated myself again asking “You did get 2 hard and 2 soft tacos correct? “He said yes I know it’s my fault for not checking the bag before we left but I just thought after repeating myself as many times as I had to they would definitely get it right I was wrong we got 2 hard and only 1 soft there’s not much I can do because I’m not driving all the way back to twentynine palms for one Taco I tried calling and no one answers Strange cuz There was absolutely no one else there dining inside or in drive thru. I definitely won’t be back and don’t recommend it

They have a bad habit of marking Doordash orders as complete when they are not. When I pulled up to the dive threw, they told me that they will be shutting down for 30 minutes. However, I stressed that I had a doordash order & they marked it as complete. Additionally, because when you go through the drive threw the orders are incomplete. They have you pull around to the main lobby entrance and they use that to carry out the rest of the order, this is a security risk! Because initially, I was able to open the door and walk in.

This place is awful. Every single time without exaggeration they mess up the order. Whether that be asking for cheese quesadilla and they put chicken in it, or forgetting multiple items in an order entirely. We ordered Steak cheesy dipping burritos and cheese quesadilla and they forgot half of the order. The lady who takes your order cuts you off in the middle of ordering and tells you your total before we even finish. This place is sloppy and lazy. I get its fast food but it is ridiculous how lazy this location has become. Absolutely do not recommend this place at all. 1 star cause reviews don’t go any lower.

I don’t know how people manage to mess up Fast Food so bad, but the Taco Bell in 29 Palms does it perfectly. Waited 15 minutes for some chicken nuggets that look like they got cooked by someone that owes them money and were 2 different colors that did not look appetizing or edible. Ain’t gonna eat here again.

I went through today at 10:30 am. Today is 12/28/25 I ordered a combo 16 the breakfast crunch wrap. The girl didn’t ask if I wanted a sausage or a bacon one she simply gave me bacon. And then I got the food she was friendly no problem there but, I got home and didn’t have the Cinnabon delights that come with. And to top it off my crunch wrap had little to no sauce it was in one corner. It simply felt lazy. I get it’s just a fast food restaurant but I feel like this was just laziness.

Everything was great. Except the air conditioning is very low therefore it is very cold in side. I dont mean like a little bit. Its super cold. It was cold outside as well but inside was colder than outside. Out side if that. Clean store good food!

Been here 2 times and both times got cold food and burnt food, they weren’t busy and I had to pick up. For how much their food costs its ridiculous. Won’t recommend this one, its worth going to any other tacobell

This location has gone down significantly since they opened. I don’t know what is going on. Please retrain all the employees and start over.
There is no quality control. Items are always missing regardless of weather we done in or take it home. Food quality is non-existent. Not everything is cooked fully. Nothing is hot anymore. Food amount ratios are slim in every item we have ordered. If we order a plain cheese quesadilla, we get meat in it. No one seems to know how to expedite an order. Customers stand around while their order sits on the shelf.
