First sandwich with burnt bun, tried it anyway, just taste like burnt bread..so went back out and simply asked for it to be replaced…second picture is the replacement… nailed it. Super job. Just wow. Love it. At least it’s consistent quality. Consistent. Love throwing 10 bucks in the trash, it was annoying enough going back for a replacement. Thanks, for wasting 30 minutes of time and money – it was supposed to be a “quick” lunch because I had to work…guess I’m skipping lunch today. Thanks team!

My family and I went to Arby’s to eat lunch after church. We ordered our food online so when we got inside we asked Alex if that was our food and he simply shrugged his shoulders and responded with “i don’t know” we politely asked him to check and when he did he slammed our cups on the counter and threw our bags down. When we sat down to eat our food we were very disappointed to see that my uncles wings and fries looked that they were just thrown in the box. I would like to point out that Alex was the only one that was extremely disrespectful everyone else was very polite, especially Eric. Eric has a very positive attitude and is very uplifting! Thank you Eric!

The food was great, but an employee by the name of Lincoln should not be in the presence of customers. Especially working counter and front end service like cleaning tables for customers.
While I was there I had an incident where I asked if the 2 for $7 applied to the classic roast beef. He said it applies to hang and the rest of what he said was not audible. So I said again, “so it applies to the classic sandwich as well, right?” And he replied rudely with, “that’s what I just said”. I responded with “I am sorry, I couldn’t hear the last part you said, thanks”.
I’ve worked customer service and there are many more kind ways to respond to paying customers. I wish this was all I witnessed….
He proceeded to come out and clean tables and I thought he has great initiative. An elderly customer barely able to walk came in and the table and seat were still very wet from cleaning. The elderly man asked if he could dry it off so he doesn’t get wet when sitting and Lincoln responded with “you can wait until it dries”
I do not understand why he wouldn’t just grab a paper towel and take 15 seconds to dry it for the customer whose request was not out of the ordinary. I am disappointed and have never seen this type of behavior in a fast food restaurant in my 30 years of life.

Myself and my two grandchildren stopped here for an early dinner 3 pm. Waited 15 minutes and seen 5 drive thru customers go by. I then went up to ask about my order and it wasn’t put in. In short for 43.00 for me and two kids it was a 25 minute fast food dinner that was not good. The two Arby’s sandwich dinners were not good at all, no cheese and poorly constructed. The chicken tenders were like rocks. To her credit the woman working did make a fresh order of chicken strips. The kid working the counter… well I do not know what to say, didn’t enter our order and when we were in the bathroom my grandson was washing his hands and the employee who was working the counter came in the bathroom while we were there and exited before we finished washing our hands so don’t know how he could of washed his… anyway we will not be back…

Love Arby’s, but this location consistently gets our order wrong. For what they charge I would assume they would make sure what is on the receipt is actually in the bag and correct. We have given this location many chances and the results are the same. We will not be stopping there again.

We frequently travel I-80 across Nebraska & we inevitably stop in York for fuel & food. We’ve found ourselves choosing this Arby’s time & time again. On every visit, the staff has been very pleasant & helpful. From the drive through to dining in, we’ve had great experiences. And the food has always been really good…many tasty choices. With other options in York, we’ll stick with Arby’s.

My husband and I were on a road trip and I just needed a small snack with some protein as my blood glucose was dropping. I ordered the two-piece chicken strips. They were hot and fresh and my honey mustard was included in the bag with some napkins just as requested. They really hit the spot!
