I’ve been looking for authentic Zajiang noodle for a while. Ever since my husband and I visit Chengdu and we can’t forget about the amazing taste. We have tried many different noodle places in San Gabriel and Rowland Heights. This is absolutely the BEST! It’s so good that I forgot to take pictures lol. Be careful if it’s your first time to try this type of noodles because it’s numbing spicy (Mala). But if you are looking for an authentic Sichuan noodle, come here and give it a try. 素椒杂酱面真的很好吃！来就对了！

Loved the taste and portion was just perfect. I had the #1 pork rib noodles. The broth was very rich and spicy level was just the right heat. Which is why I would have appreciated if the AC was on. Also work on keeping flies out. The service was very cordial. I would definitely come again. They have chicken gizzards which they always sell out.

The two, who don’t eat spicy food, stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, but surprisingly, they didn’t have any bad experiences and were even pleasantly surprised! The owner was very enthusiastic in introducing the dishes. For those who like garlic, I recommend the Spicy Oil Dumplings; they’re mildly spicy and sweet, which I personally loved—I highly recommend everyone try them!

The takeout I ordered was absolutely authentic Sichuan flavor! It was amazing! The cold pig’s ear salad was absolutely delicious! The shredded pickled cabbage was also very tasty! The noodles were great too! It perfectly replicated the taste from back home! I love it!
