We’ve never had an issue with ordering for this place until today. We got 3 pizzas and they were burnt. I talked to a a member and he was very cordial until the manager came on and automatically got defensive and giving attitude with how we were wrong. He said the pizzas were fine until I pushed back and then he admitted that one pizza was burnt, but not all of them. He then told me that he’ll make them again but they we need to return the pizzas back if we want the new ones. I told him to give refund because the service and an attitude were uncalled for and unacceptable. We’ve not had issues with this place before, but I will not be going back again. Since Manager believes that they are burnt here are the pictures to prove it.

This location USED to be wonderful. I do not know if the general manager changed or what. But todays visit was a joke. Carey out time was listed as 11 to 16 minutes (which is a normal time for carry out) but I had to wait over half an hour. When I asked about my pizza, the manager on duty said, “We got slammed and jad three big orders.” That is not an excuse for having inaccurate carry out times listed. When I went in, I had already waited more than 15 minutes and my pizza and lava cakes were not even in the oven yet. I have a toddler with me and the extra waiting time was very aggravating for both of us. I do not plan on returning to this location to get pizza anymore, as the current most recent reviews (including mine) reflect how this location has just gone downhill. Very sad, since it USED to be great and I loved getting pizza here.

Poor pizza quality. Haven’t had a worse dominos pizza. Their hand tossed it came out like a thin crust twice (complained and I got my pizza remade since it was nearly burnt as well. The second pizza was decent for a thin crust but not a hand tossed) I saw their dough and it doesn’t look like standard dominos dough like I’ve seen at other locations. Order from somewhere else. At least the workers were nice and cordial.
