It was my go to 8-10 years ago. I recently stopped in to have lunch with a coworker. We only ate frim the Chinese menu. The food was not geat. They were preparing food in the dining area. Some of the booths are being used for storge. Seems to have gone downhill. Has anyone found the Shusi to be any better?

Was very excited to try this place after reading the reviews. We ordered lo mein, general tso chicken which came with an egg roll.
The lo mein was so greasy, the egg roll had no taste very dry and the general tso’s was rubbery. Everything went in the trash. Definitely would not recommend.

Inconsistent!
I ordered well over $40.00 worth of sushi tonight and received no wasabi or ginger. I had to call back to ask if these items were extra. There was no remorse or apology over the phone.

This restaurant is a gem. Never in a million years would you think a strip mall restaurant in Wallingford `prepares food this fantastic. We found it via google and have been back several times- I can’t speak to everything on the menu, but all the dishes we’ve ordered were delicious- portions are generous and staff very professional. There’s a sign on the door that they’re only doing take-out so maybe call ahead if you’re looking for dine-in service.

I got sashimi,baby octopus, and house fried rice. Absolutely amazing. Everything was so tasteful no rubbery feel. The sashimi is amazing highly recommend.

A window popped up and was directed to another website where I thought it was payment after I selected my items for the cart. Instead, it was a scammer site. Didn’t realize what I did until it was too late. They charged my card and have to dispute the charge.
