We had the greatest customer service with Zaaron today. We’d ordered online to the wrong location and he not only worked it out for us, but made sure our food was done quickly and accurately. We don’t see this kind of customer service at fast food establishments often and were so grateful.

We have tried this location a few times now and this last time made us never want to come back. As others have said, it took WAY too long to get our food. I thought choosing to pickup our order in the drive through would make it faster this time. I was wrong. It took 30 minutes from the time we started in the drive through to us getting our food. I have no idea what could have possible caused anything to take that long. Totally unacceptable when getting fast food. The employee was super nice and apologetic when giving us our food, but I’m sorry, I don’t think I’m willing to continue to hope that this location hires more employees and turns things around.

Ordered a simple combo meal and the workers didn’t start on it for over 45 minutes. This was because I was in the lobby I presume and they went thru over ten cars in the drive thru during this time. There was zero rush or apologies on their end and it was insanely unprofessional. I always shake my head at people who actual leave Google reviews, but here I am leaving one myself. The experience was literally that bad. Do yourself a favor and don’t do business with this specific location.

Today I took my father to Jack in the box for a little hamburger.
I asked for a jumbo jack and a grilled chicken sourdough and two waters.
I asked if the Jack had lettuce and the lady said No. so I asked if they would add lettuce… so they charged me for lettuce…

They handed me the bag of food and shut the window. I waited for them to hand me water but they didn’t come back… I drove off a bit frustrated… BUT THEN, as we were driving down the road, I pulled out the “hamburger” for my dad and got quite the surprise!!!!
They made a breakfast ham, egg & cheese sandwich and added LETTUCE!!!!
WHAT THE HECK????
I think the person must have not understood English very well or something…

Have ordered from this location multiple times and decided after 5 times of service being very slow it was time to leave a review. Ordered online today as this is normally the fastest (fastest in this case is relative). Got to the store just after the app said my order should have been ready and waited….. and waited….. and waited. It took so long I started counting the cars that went through the drive thru. 10 cars!!!! before my order was in my hands. That means at least 6 cars placed their orders and got them before I got mine. Almost 30 mins it took from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. All I was told when he handed me my food was “Sorry”. Not that I wanted any hand outs or anything, I just expect a more sincere apology than that. This place is a joke. Just go across the street and order from Arby’s. Don’t waste your time here. I honestly felt bad for the 5 other online orders that came in after me.

There was nobody in the lobby. One person in the drive thru. We ordered two tacos and it took them 13 minutes We walked back up to the counter and asked if they had our tacos ready and they said oh what tacos they forgot our order after another five minutes we finally got our tacos, which took 18 minutes to get two tacosand they didn’t even get the tacos, right

I wanted this to be so good. I have tried this Kaysville store several times, but they are so slow. If you are first in line at the drive thru, you most likely still have a 20 min wait. So when you do get your food half of it is cold. Wish it was better, for sure.

Gen X’er here. I love Jack n the Box, however, don’t leave here without checking your bag / wrapping.
The meat was missing from my jumbo Jack. Previously it had been the fries.
The manager corrected the issue and the Egg rolls were great as always.
