Ordered through door dash three taco plate, the restaurant said they were out of the items ordered and made the decision to replace the out of stock items with a random menu item that was not even close to what my original order was. I understand being out of stock but you had my contact information, call me to see what I wanted to do instead of replacing it with something I didn’t want and now is a waste of my money.
Once my food arrived they put my tortillas in my beans, didn’t include my pico, which I paid extra for, and again it’s not even close to what I ordered.

Good food, but terrible service brings them down. I wanted birria tacos, but they were out and said it’d probably be 30-45 minutes. Right after telling me that, they served another customer after me with birria tacos. I didn’t get my side of cheese dip and the two workers in there argued with me saying they put it in the bag. They were out of guacamole which comes in almost all of their dishes. They were also out of French fries which is tied into the price of the meal. When I asked if I would receive a few dollars off for the meal not being complete they said no. Will not be coming back. Customer service is important to a business succeeding. I didn’t feel as if my business was appreciated.

This place has the best customer service! I dropped all 3 of my plates when going to the tables, and the insisted on making all new plates without accepting extra payment. They were very kind and understanding. I will definitely be back! And the quesodillas were amazing on top of the great customer service!

Im obsessed w birria tacos and have tried EVERY place that serves them. Sometimes with other places the shell isnt right, sometimes the consome tastes like water or unsalted beef broth. I never gave up bc i knew somewhere out there someone had it right… THIS HERE was a win win! My moms from Los Angeles and commented on the authenticity through FaceTime. Sooooo delicious. This will be the only place I come to get birria tacos. I hope it’s like this every time Even my babies loved it, couldn’t even get a photo.

This establishment is very Authentic/Delicious/One of my Favorites.

The food is always delicious, everything is prepared that day and the ingredients are so fresh you can tell by the taste. Whenever I come my Go-To meat is the El Pastor. I love their Quesadillas. I’ve had other things on the menu and all were delicious. Even ventured out of my comfort zone and tried the Cow Tongue once. And even that was good, very good. But the El Pastor keeps reigning me back in all the time.

They make the food in front of you just like at a Chipotle or Subway. So you can see all the prep that goes into the food. And how clean the station is. It looks spick-&-span as if Grandma comes through every second and cleans it non-stop. Like the Grandma version of The Flash.

I stopped by on Tuesday and got a birria burrito from this place and I have NOT stopped thinking about it since, y’all. I mean it was life changing. The customer service was amazing as well; I honestly can’t recommend this restaurant more.

Great birria! I only ate birria faithfully from one place prior to trying but me and my husband agreed that Jefe is up there. Best consume! Very filling. Friendly cashier.
