Very good service we only had to wait a few minutes and I think it’s better then any other Dunkin’ Donuts around us I was so very surprised to how clean it was and how the food was actually cooked and good my c ca was amazing and everything about it made me and my Grandma happy.

First time, they messed up my coffee. They’re new, so I gave a 2nd chance…no bueno. They’re the same as all the other Dunkins are turning into. The drive thru wait was awful, and I was late to work. The ‘everything’ bagel was anything but. It was also burnt. Their bagel quality has gone downhill as a whole…they’re not the same quality as they used to be.
I usually shop at N’Dulge in town for breakfast, but was in a hurry today. Yea, I won’t make that mistake again. Won’t be back.

~If I could not give ANY stars…THAT would be the best rating! I am a regular to this location and it seems EVERY time I go in, I have a BAD experience! First of all…upon entering the building, the doors and seating area are filthy! The tall male employee with curly hair vapes IN the building behind the counter while making food and drinks! This location is POORLY run as on a few occassions the store opened late in the morning and long wait times in the drive thru! I and many other locals put it in consideration that it’s a new location and will have it’s hiccups but it seems to not be changing for the better with time! It’s actually spiraling downward! There are many new people now in which is a bummer because there were 2 specific employees that got very little credit or recognization for keeping this location afloat when there were issues with other employees not showing up, lack of teamwork, resources and supplies. Isn’t THAT an issue with EVERY big corporation though? You’re ALL just a number! We understand the stress/anxiety of the fast food business and big corporations. Believe that! Employees are often unappreciated/unrewarded for their loyalty and efforts. We all have a bad day every once in a while but this most recent incident that happened today was unacceptable! It took EVERYTHING in me NOT to say anything to the disgruntal employee! The female with long dark hair, glasses and an unprofessional attitude was making the other employees uncomfortable. The atmosphere felt toxic. She must have been in a lead position because she was allllll about being bossy but NOT in a healthy constructive way. It was made obvious what the matter was after I heard her swearing and being verbally aggressive with the employees in front of not only myself but other customers. THAT behavior was disrespectful, rude, negative and above all…UNPROFESSIONAL! ALL OF THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Do better Alfred Station Dunkin’ Donuts!~

Staff continued to fight the whole time we were here. They also messed up our order multiple times and we were the only customers in the store. Terrible service and totally unprofessional staff would not recommend going here. I would recommend going to a local place in the town of Alfred instead of this place.

Drive thru is absolutely terrible always wait at least 10-15 minutes every time I come to this location. I order a simple coffee order which is a large ice french vanilla coffee with cream and sugar. I’ve gone to this location maybe 3 times trying to give them a chance and every time I go my coffee is absolutely terrible and taste sour. Due to them tasting so bad I can’t even drink them so I end up throwing them out. I will not be coming back to this location. I will instead drive to the Hornell location because I know they will make my coffee right every single time. I believe the Alfred location is very understaffed due to them rushing to open. I do not blame the workers one bit this is a management issue.

If 0 was an option I would pick it. Place is terrible. Messed up orders all the time and takes 30 minutes for drive through. Place needs shut down and slow employees need fired. Garbage.

I’ve only been to this Dunkin’ a few times, and they’ve messed up the order each time. They’re new, so I was trying to be understanding! Each time I had ordered a chai latte, I was given an iced coffee. The first time, they gave me an iced coffee and had forgotten the cold foam on top. They were also kind of rude when I had asked them to fix it. I’ve also tried to get an everything bagel, and was given a plain bagel instead. I was never told if they had run out, and was too far to go back and get it fixed or replaced. Overall, I’d recommend N’dulge before I’d recommend them. I know they’re new, but they’ve also been open for a bit of time now.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. My issue was ignored, and no one took responsibility. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Avoid.

This store was absolutely rushed in its opening Understaffed and improperly managed The people working here are miserable because their general manager is irresponsible and is never there to help or properly staff the schedule, leaving team members alone to fend for themselves with no management whatsoever meanwhile getting harassed but customers for the poor service that’s a RESULT of the poor management. It is not the team members fault for these bad reviews. Blame the management
