Ordered a late dinner, cheesesteak platter, chicken tender platter and a ham and cheese hoagie. Firstly it was snowing and cold and the delivery guy didn’t have the food in a hot bag to hold temperature. The cheesesteak was cold and fries were soft and cold also. The chicken tenders were also cold and the dipping sauce i asked for and was charged extra for was not in the bag. I find it pretty ridiculous that the sauce isn’t included in the price for the platter and worse that I was charged for something I didn’t receive. Had to reheat the food and it was just not good. Luckily the hoagie was ok. Would not recommend and definitely won’t order anything from here again.

Food was amazing at first and now it is not! Their customer service sucks. Order a pan crust pizza and received a hand tossed instead. Manager did not want to correct the order, so I had to place another order for the pan crust pizza and it was still not the right pizza. She continued to argue with me instead of fixing the issue.

They delivered a cheesecake with mold… I asked for a refund and was told that they weren’t going to send the delivery driver back out and I would have to return the cheesecake myself in order to receive the refund. Unprofessional & just gross.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, as of lately it has really fallen off. With all the other pizza spots in the area I stood loyal but now I must look for another spot. I dont mind spending the money if it’s worth it and it hasn’t been. Sorry new station , good luck with you future endeavors. Your fired!

Horrible greasy pizza! Order xcheese and it was all off the pie by the time it came. I ended up pushing it back on with a knife. Will never order from them again!
