The Food is bought out fresh, fast and prepared carefully to the customers liking. it is also very clean and you can enjoy a wonderful dine in experience weather it be Breakfast,lunch or dinner. they are also great for those who prefer grab and go. The staff is friendly and always provide a great customer experience. in short the awesomeness of the Cuban Bakery continues to be awesome while other competitors jump in the water to avoid getting wet and sale their car for gas money. Ate here for the first time and it was exceptional! The fresh warm Cuban bread and cafe con leche were perfect! I got guava and cheese pastries to go, which also looked so good!

Really cute and cozy café & bakery. The food and coffee was delicious, great portions. I ordered the cubano sandwich and had to split it. The cortadito was strong and tasty—normally they would put the sugar in but my party asked for it on the side. We took pastries to go and they were very yummy as well. I highly recommend the coconut tarts and coconut pastry. The staff is very kind and attentive (muy amable!) and the entire café is very clean and bright. The decor is stylish, including an Instagram-worthy photo corner and a beautiful photo collage of Cuba. I highly recommend going to this bakery for great coffee, delicious food, and amazing service.

We ordered the Cuban and Pollo sandwiches, with Guava drinks and a Cuban coffee. Everything was great! The sandwiches were enough for 2 people, the guava drinks were not too sweet, but prepared just right, and the coffee was really good. They do have a bakery there that has some excellent pastries, and the lady behind the counter was very friendly. Definitely a place to try out and because it’s a small business, a great opportunity to support them.

This is hands down the best Miami style Cuban bakery we’ve ever been to in Jacksonville. Every item on their menu is excellent and true to its roots. I highly suggest anyone to come by and try their pastries (ask for the guava pastelitos, believe me)

Have been coming here for baked goods for a couple years now and generally enjoy their pastries etc. wanted to hire them for my daughters 1st bday party for her cake. I was told ‘it’s not worth my time to do this’ for a simple Alice in Wonderland theme. I can 100% understand if you don’t want to do it but then say ‘oh I’m not comfortable with this’ or something professional. Being told ‘it’s not worth me time’ tells me you don’t value your customers or my money. This place can fly a kite in an electrical storm as far as I’m concerned. I will never be back.

Customer service I received was TOP NOTCH. She was extremely kind and patient. It was my first time in there. Had a slight idea of what I wanted and completely went a different route lol ; wanted something breakfasty( I know it’s not a real word or is it lol) I ended up getting a Cuban which is one of my favorite sandwiches. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. THE CABANO SANDWICH FROM HERE IS THE BEST THAT I HAVE HAD. I also got a coffee and OMGOSH IT WAS SO FREAKING GOOD. THANK YOU FOR THE TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOOD & COFFEE
