My husband and I happened upon this place while staying nearby for the weekend. It was a very pleasant surprise! We were very happy with the food and the coffee. The service was great. This was honestly one of the best places I’ve went too in St. Clairsville. It was a really lovely surprise, this place definitely deserves more attention. Despite it not necessarily being a coffee shop, their coffee was delicious, and their cinnamon rolls and apple tarts are amazing! I would definitely recommend stopping in. Its a really cool and relaxed atmosphere!

The food was fresh and VERY flavorful. We ordered the Crispy Chicken Bowl and the Pork Bowl. Both were outstanding. I highly recommend the Italian sodas. They were delicious and refreshing! The sincere friendliness of the proprietor was welcoming and she made our visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this little restaurant to EVERYONE. Especially if you’re looking to break out of the some old same old…AND… especially if you crave and can appreciate healthy food that won’t make you regret eating it!

This is an awesome, family-run bakery. Everything is made fresh and it’s quality. The other food served is also very good. We love the Asian chicken bowl! It’s so good, it doesn’t even need extra dressing. You KNOW it’s good when you don’t want to drown it with something more flavorful because it’s already flavorful. We also had the Monte Cristos–fantastic! And I’ve had the tuna melt, which, while not my style of tuna (I’m a basic tuna, mayo, salt and pepper person) was still good. The pastries are always great. I love the hot chocolate. It’s a real casual place, and things aren’t always done exactly the same way. Sometimes my drink will be in a glass, sometimes in a to-go cup because it’s larger and easier for her to add everything she wants to. I don’t mind if it’s a tad different each time. If I minded, I’d say something, and I know she would remake it how I asked. The presentation of the food is also pretty, I feel like that’s a hard find these days.
The family that runs it is talkative and kind. They just enjoy what they’re doing, and as the owner has commented, she states, “There’s no business here. I just make what I will eat.” And she has great taste! Atmosphere is great with a sort of city vibe with the quiet, jazzy piano music in the background. And the daughter’s artwork is featured on the walls, the colors of some of the artworks complimenting the colors of the bakery. Really chill, really relaxing, and we love our corner table!

Really nice family owned bakery and restaurant. The venue is in a beautiful old house that has been tastefully remodeled. The staff is extremely friendly. They have some amazing items, including Flan and Hot Toffee Pudding.

A most unexpected surprise in this small city! The owners were exceptionally friendly, and the space was inviting and elegantly decorated. We enjoyed two plant-based Buddha Bowls (teeming with fresh veggies), followed by a delightfully light and satisfying flan.

Just happened upon this quaint little restaurant and I am so happy we did. The crispy chicken bowl and caramel apple cider were fantastic. The place is exceptionally clean and my husband and I really enjoyed it. We will be back!
