ive been here before and their vietnamese food is pretty good but omfg the pad thai is so bad.. like the worst pad thai ive ever had.. it was drowning in this sickly sweet sauce – you can see it seeping out at the bottom- and it had 0 savory flavor.. just sugar…eeek

I ordered steak & meatball pho and steamed potstickers, both were exquisite. Service was fast and friendly. My favorite pho place closed recently & I can’t wait to return here. Thank you for a great dinner.

I’ve tried pho from four places in the area and Basil Kitchen is on top. I always get the small vegetarian pho, and the portions are so generous. Even in the small there is plenty of tofu and veggies! I hate when I order pho and there’s only like 3 cubes of tofu on top. So I love coming here. The broth is so good, and I genuinely feel rejuvenated after eating their pho. Like I’m convinced it can cure any illness. I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because the spray they use to clean the tables has a strong smell, and recently the door sometimes gets stuck open, letting the cold air inside. But the pho is so amazing I don’t really care, I will go anyways. They also do take-out orders!! Also it’s a family business so I love supporting them. Highly recommend!!

I loved this place. When you walk in, you’re greeted warmly by the people behind the counter and seated promptly. The atmosphere is pretty lowkey with soft soul music playing in the background. In terms of the pho, they mostly have meat options, 1 shrimp option, and 1 vegetarian. All in all, solid experience. Highly recommend if you’re going out with friends.

I’m going to be honest; the pho was one of my favorites in Seattle, but it didn’t surpass the flavor of Pho Shizzle, but can easily see how some people would contest my opinion. Regardless, the pho here was delicious and delicately balanced to the extent that one should try the broth before adding your typical concoctions. Service was kind and accommodating for a party of 10 if you price a ten minutes heads up. Additionally, the curry was ok- stick to Thai dishes. 🙂 I can’t wait to return.
