The food is always cold and old no matter what time of day you’ll never get fresh hot fries in the meat will be hard because it’s been reheated multiple times. Enjoy a nasty meal. Anytime you go there.

Well it’s the same no matter what anymore! First of all took me a minute to find the place because all the lights were out you couldn’t read the menu board so I had to tell him to turn the lights on and then I get my food you can tell the burgers been precooked the fries are ice cold, got no napkin no straw what is wrong with you people, I just don’t understand why it is so hard with these fast food restaurants cook a burger or fries fresh but this generation just can’t do it, they were all standing around in their leaning against the counter no lights on anywhere and it was dark no signs lit up no menu lit up old food being served I would recommend not going to any of the Wendy’s in Milton or Pace

waited at LEAST 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get to the window and get my food almost immediately, yet everything in the bag was cold. i drove not even 5 minutes down the road. this is bs, get a better shift crew.

Terrible!!!! I am not one to complain. Only people in the restraint our fries and chicken nuggets took 30 minutes . The burgers came 10 minutes later. Absolutely terrible! They are all in their sloth era!

After my 4th (today being the last), I’m beyond disappointed with the food. Quality is less than par. Primarily, everything is way over cooked. Items missing from order BUT I did get a straw and didn’t order a drink. I’ve called the CS number the last 2 times and clearly no positive results ♀️ . Photos on my DD page. GM, where the hell are you? Rating the Pace Wendy’s a 1.5.

This store has a lot of weaponized incompetence disguised as being nice. The people will talk to you in a sing song voice while actively saying rude things or ignoring you. Was standing in line and told by someone I needed to be in line when I had done nothing to her nor had I even said anything other than a response to a question I thought she was asking me. There was no need for the rude interaction disguised as being nice in a sing song voice. I had not talked to anyone or said anything at all. This woman then proceeded to ignore me and the person behind me and start talking to someone who came in after all of us and walked up to the counter. I understand dealing with rude people all day but there’s no need to be rude to people who did nothing to bother you or anyone else.

Did a mobile order 10 mins before I even pulled in the drive thru. I get in line like a good sheep does just to wait another 20-30 minutes listening to the kitchen going wild trying put things together. Management can’t figure out what’s what and gets to hollering n shii. Employees can’t figure out what’s even going on so they hollering back Wild bruh did we really need another wendys? I was catching this shii from the one in Milton. Tired of all this useless construction yall needa quit.

This is the only Wendy’s I’ve ever received fresh food from, quick service, pleasant people working. There only 2 times my order was incorrect and it was just cheese on a burger but everything else was correct.
They never gave me any issue with changing out the burger and actually cooked me a fresh one and gave me hot fries since mine had went cold to waiting for a remake.
Out of all the fast food joints out here this has been my go to place. The food is good it’s not been sitting in the warmer for hours like some places.
Over all everytime I go it’s a good experience.

The vibes of the crew mates gives judgy as they constantly stare and laugh which was not a good experience and all we wanted was two frosty fusion but I’m sorry you have to work and do your job, if you don’t like it just quit.
