This location is always so SLOW. The standard of 30 second sandwiches is long gone… Too bad!! Also if you’re going to take 15-20 minutes to fill an order it would be appreciated to at least have nice customer service. I miss the old Jimmy John’s

Good menu and very fast service. Add hot peppers! Sandwiches are always fresh made and tasty. I like to get the day old bread when it’s available. Makes great garlic bread. I always feel welcome when I stop by and am warmly greeted.

I placed an order with Jimmy John’s at 4:17 PM—by 5:18 PM, it still hadn’t arrived. They didn’t even send it to Uber Eats until 45 minutes later, and when the driver finally got it, they drove right past my location to deliver another order first. So much for “freaky fast.”
To make it worse, I asked for a refund because I’m now unavailable to eat during my break—$20 completely wasted. Between the slow prep, poor coordination, and lack of urgency, this was a total failure in service. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again. Not only that it’s now 5:30 if this arrives I can’t even eat it due to food safety you know they had it made over 45 minutes ago………

2nd time I’ve been to this location, probably won’t happen again. Jimmy johns is amazing and the sandwich maker is why it got 3 stars on service but the girl taking the order ( with what looked like she was more involved in a very drug oriented friend) was so far fetched that I had to go grab my sandwiches. Thankfully the man making the sandwiches offered me a bag and napkins.

Disgusting food safety. Employee touched the POS system then continued to make multiple sandwiches with the same gloves, which were already greasy so who knows how long he was wearing them.
The sandwich was a mess and the lettuce was soggy by the time I got to the office which was only about 10 minutes after getting my order.
Needless to say I won’t be returning after wasting $10 on a sandwich I had to throw away. It’s too bad because it’s close to my office and I went regularly for lunch.

Took an hour to receive my order. It’s the second time. Freaky fast out the window. Also, don’t add anything extra to ur sandwich they won’t add it, and you will still get charged for it. All I wanted was tuna and avocado added, but nope, I never got what I paid for! Twice now, it happened.

I ordered a sandwich to be delivered at 3:50 PM on Saturday. I received an update that my order was finished around 3:55 or so. I then received no updates until 4:50. I eventually called and learned that “Oh yeah, we don’t have any delivery drivers today and we will have to find a 3rd party to deliver it, let me put you on hold” and then the person hung up on me and I received a text stating that my order was out for delivery. I called back and the person who answered sounded absolutely blitzed and said “Oh yeah, your sandwich is out for delivery now man”
So my sandwich spent over an hour sitting on a shelf because the employee completely FORGOT to find someone to deliver it. Whoever owns this franchise, you probably should do some drug testing or figure out why food is sitting out for literal hours before your employees do anything.
