Seco’s is an amazing restaurant. The Latin cuisine menu has numerous options including delicious seafood and fajitas. The intimate dining experience is stress free and the central location makes it a wonderful place for those in or around the Rice Village area. Seco’s has gotten many positive reviews in the past and is still a wonderful place to eat. On holidays like Easter and Mother’s Day they serve an amazing brunch buffet.

Loved the margaritas here! Also extremely nice service — they made us a virgin frozen margarita, which required getting a blender out. Good value and cute homey spot!

Wow! I ate at Seco’s tonight for the first time and I was BLOWN away by how delicious everything was! Honestly the best Latin cuisine in the Houston Area. The fajitas, the red fish, the mango margaritas and the bread pudding were fantastic! I can’t wait to go back. The family atmosphere was nothing short of welcoming and warm.

The food was so delicious. I am on the road a lot so I miss home cooked food but this place gave me the feeling of eating home cooked meal. The food was delicious and high quality not to mention I didn’t feel like I was eating fake food like a lot of chain restaurants. If you have a chance I would highly recommend.

Found by accident while driving around Rice Village. What a lucky find! Really good redfish dish and the shrimp soup was fantastic. We topped dinner off with this amazing bread pudding. This isn’t your grandma’s bread pudding. Chocolate and raisins topped with a brandy or whiskey sauce to die for. If you’re looking for really flavorful Spanish food ala Peru or South America eat here. Yummy.

WOW. I grew up with my family owning restaurants and my parents are chefs as well so I have always considered myself a “foodie” but this place and their CORN ENCHILADAS are just unmatchable. I’ve tried to re create it myself and nothing comes close to this dish. The owners are the sweetest people and this restaurant has been around for over 10 years in this competitive Houston restaurant scene for a reason. On days where I need a good “comfort meal” I will pick this dish up. Nothing compares!

The freshest Branzino with the lightest of sauce, delicious from first to last bite. Our server was efficient and attentive. The place isn’t fancy, but is a true a neighborhood gem.

After a medical visit to Houston, our nurse recommended Seco’s and we were not disappointed. Quaint place set in a house. Food was terrific.

I LOVE Seco’s! My favorite dish to get is their Salmon Seco’s way. I also love their bread pudding and their tres leches cake. It’s a small, cute place right off kirby. The service is as ALWAYS on point. Very Homey! They also have a bar. It is definitely one of Houston’s gems.
