I went there subway and i waited there for 5 mintues and tried to call them but there is no one showed up after she came out that girl yelled at me she said you came inside the counter and I didn’t even touch that door. i said to her can i see that footage she said no she is liar , manager also support her that girl. Pls hire someone who know how to speak with customer. The management of subway is so bad pls get some etiquette. Pls love’s management if ur seeing this review hire some good employees.

I’m not a racist black woman with glasses, but since I don’t know her name, she’s trying to describe me. She kept asking me what I wanted and kept repeating it over and over before I even looked at my order properly. She treated me in an insulting and unpleasant manner. An employee here should be respectful of customers and take orders professionally. This is not nice.

Lol I don’t understand how some employees work somewhere they don’t even want to be at. Especially working with customers.
Took over 7minutes to be helped until asked the Loves Cashier for some assistance and he was kind enough to figure what the hold up was. Just to be told that Subway Employee is in there and they can see when a customer comes by thru their camera. Haha. Okay.. Fast forward to 7minutes ish later…. Miss Tomiko came out with an attitude. Like Geezus there was no reason for all that. I’m not sure if she was upset that she had to work the night shift or her lunch break or nap time was disturbed but regardless there’s no reason for that..
Edit to add correct date: Might I add.. I was there at 11:10pm on 1/13/24 and the cookies that were packaged was supposedly “baked: 1/12/24 @4:50am.”

This Subway is kinda gross. Meat did not look or taste very fresh and there were a lot of foods mixed in together. Like there was chicken and bread crumbs in the cheese. I got a pre-packaged bag of cookies and it was greasy all over and had chocolate on it. Overall the sub tasted kinda funky. Don’t think I will go back to this one.

Dirty microwaves, hairs on the toilet in a paid for shower, every coffee carafe empty, and the employees are standing around on their phones talking about current trans rights issues. I used to be a hard core loves customer but recent experiences with three loves across America have lead to this review. Loves, get your woke employees out of the way and get people who actually understand the meaning of customer service. I’ll be switching to TA or Flying J till y’all get your act back together.

This subway was honestly the best I’ve been to my whole life, the employees are comical and funny. They listened to are order and did NOT put 10 pounds of salt or pepper on our food, but I honestly recommend this subway! And they let me customize my own food as well! (It was a BLT if you where wondering) and they told me it will be the best sandwich in my life:) -xzira

Seriously, David is amazing. Super nice, great Sub great quick conversation. My wife and I were turned away from subway and hadn’t gone back in years but we had a hankering for a meatball sandwich and now I wanted to go back again for another and yall have turned us back into being pro subway! David is great! Worth going just to have him make me a sandwich as he had some great ideas!
