Had amazing service here and the food was so fresh, came here at 9pm and had fresh fries, fresh tenders, and great boneless wings. I advise the managers of this location to keep the freshness and the wait times low like it was tonight. Glad to have something closer to home!

Upda5e to this review. Went in on Sunday spoke with a manager and the issue was resolved. He was very helpful and apologized and remade my order. Stopped for supper. Ordered the surf n turf. Received shrimp cooked to death, no chicken tenders. Had to ask for the sauces. Tried to call and they will not answer the phone.

Staff vacuumed right by our table as we were eating. Took 15 minutes to get it, just would have been nice to do while we were waiting not right when we got our food.

I frequently order Zaxby’s through DoorDash and not once have I gotten my order all the way correct. They NEVER send me my drink. If I order three cookies I get one. Never any forks or napkins. At least they sent the right amount of sauces.
