I went to this location on March 31,2025 To order 3 pizzas, the time was around 6:00pm. when I got to the store, I was told there was only one person working and he was responsible for making all the pizzas and taking all the orders, and if I wanted a pizza, it would be a two hour wait. How in the world can you run a business with one employee? I was very disappointed and I will not be back. Do better Dominos ,your customers deserve better.

We’ve tried this Domino’s several times now and have never been disappointed. The pizza always has plenty of toppings, and the sauce to cheese and toppings ratio is good. They have a wide selection of options to please any palate. The price is reasonable.

Had to wait several minutes while two staff members argued about where a delivery (Oyler’s Chapel) was located. Once I did receive my food it was not appetizing in any way. The green peppers and mushrooms both looked slimy/wilted. There’s no way that the person who made my food did not notice the condition of these vegetables as they were placing them on the pizza.

Condensed, but a long story! I urge my neighbors to boycott the Moneta Domino’s! Here’s why:
I have used Dominos for years and until recently have been satisfied. They have some of the best honey BBQ wings around my area. I have always ordered delivery from the Moneta, VA store with no issues.
Just a few weeks ago, my delivery was canceled because the manager found out that an ex-employee was dating my room mate. I contacted the manager of this store and am very displeased! Apparently the ex-employee posed no threat to anyone at the store, it was just a personal grudge from the district manager. So…I was told that because he stays with my room mate, I can no longer get delivery. That is the biggest bunch of bull I have ever heard. I have contacted corporate to discuss and they apparently don’t care enough to get back with me.
I urge people to boycott the Dominos in Moneta, VA! Thank you for reading my review. I will keep you updated if I get any satisfaction.

Like many others I would give no stars too if I could! For three months the Dominoes in Moneta, Virginia delivered to my house! Then all of a sudden out of nowhere… Nope you’re two minutes outside of our delivery range, pay us to deliver, and tip to deliver, but get in your car and drive and meet us somewhere. KIDDING ME???? If I’m going to drive somewhere it’s gonna be to a place that actually makes GOOD pizza and gets the order right!! The delivery people were awesome, and friendly but the manager sucks. Like many of the other reviews I see them delivering to my neighborhood all the time, so I don’t know what their problem is, but I will never order food from there again, and I would rather drive my butt into town and buy locally then ever order from that manager again! Dominoes better figure it out before no one wants to order from them. They’re the only place that delivers anywhere around the lake!!! And I know it’s the manager who is being a jerk!!!! I feel sorry for their staff because if they treat paying customers that way…imagine how they treat employees!!! Charge more for delivery and go TWO MORE MINUTES AND KEEP CUSTOMERS!!!!

I have had done in and the crew was very friendly and service great. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is that there is no delivery service at my home. I am 3 miles outside the service area. Maybe that’s because they have a formula for pizza arriving hot? I will sign a waiver and throw it in the micro wave…Papa John’s delivers, but have you tasted their pizza?? Ugh! Please Domonos reconsider your delivery area as it looks like alot more could enjoy your food! Thank you!
