This food don’t even deserve 1 star! The chicken was over cooked and barely had sauce on it and I ordered 50$ worth of food that i wouldn’t even feed my dog I’m never patronizing this place ever in life pictures of wings does not match the dinners I received!!

Ordered smoked wings and received regular bone-in wings, otherwise this would’ve been 5 stars. Wings were decent size and well cooked. Both sauces were great and they didn’t skimp on the curly fries.

Ordered take out. My wife raved about this place. After tonight she agreed the quality has gone downhill. I literally threw out my meal and made a cold cut sandwich instead! Maybe 10 fries, all small and cold as hell, no sauce on the wings at all, and delivered in a mess of a pile. Do yourself a favor, never buy food from here, it was absolutely disgusting.

Ordered through the It’s Just Wings website and was charged, but the restaurant was closed. There also wasn’t a clear refund process.
Update: they still haven’t refunded my $91 order that they never prepared; note: ordered on 9/11/2021, no refund as of 10/19/2021.
Update #2: I submitted the form, we’ll see how it goes. FYI, the required date field to submit a form to request a refund is not very user friendly (see pic).
