El Nopal has the best tripas in town hands down. I haven’t had all the tripas in town, but a lot. El Nopal does them right and the best, every time. You dont even need to try other place’s tacos de tripas to compare; once you have El Nopal’s tripas, you know they are top notch – best horchata, too.
They round out their menu with a fantastic green chile cheeseburger, banger barbacoa, quesadilla and burritos – great value for a big catered work lunch as well!

Hands down one of the best food trucks I’ve been to. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, the food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor, and the customer service was outstanding. You can tell they really care about quality and their customers. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance.
