The folks here are super nice and friendly but the restraint seems to be under a bit of a curse—burgers (especially ¼ lb-ers!) are almost always fresh and hot. Fries? Not so much…and to have a sad fry rating is easy to turn around…hint: make ‘em fresh every time and throw away anything older than the last order!

Never have I been accused of trying to steel food because I came inside after the drive through to get a drink that was forgotten. McDonald’s isn’t great anymore anyways but service from people suck when you have to treat everyone like a felon for a $1.60 frozen coke. I don’t hate McDonald’s I hate people sometimes who are in a customer service job and hate giving decent costumer service.

Placed an order and tried to have my sister go pick it up. She waited 30 minutes before someone finally approached her and asked her if she needed help and then told her the order wouldn’t go through until the person who placed it was close by. So I headed to the store and also sat there and waited for someone to get my order. The first manager to come and ask if I needed help walked away and did nothing then finally someone else came and asked to take a picture of my order on my phone to show to his managers to see what the issue was. I sat there and watched and there were at least 8 people in the kitchen and not a single one of them had a clue what was going on. Finally a manager said my order had been sitting there the entire time and just needed one more item. The entire thing was an absolute disaster. What is going on with the management? Why are they not taking control of situations and getting things like this figured out? Why so many people who have no idea what’s going on? A very poorly managed business with lazy management.

Usually the people working here are pretty nice but I went today to get a happy meal for my kiddo and I’m just so taken aback. I get in line to make my order and say “may I please have 6 piece nugget happy meal?”. The guy taking my order, Gabe, huffed and rudely said “I guess so”. When he asked for my drink, I said “Pepsi please” “WE DON’T HAVE PEPSI!! We have coke, Diet Coke, Dr Pepper…” I said “sorry, coke”. He was just extremely rude. He should not be in customer service if he doesn’t deal with customers very well.

Wow, arrived at the Driveup and ordered two sausage biscuits. Paid, of course. Pulled up to the delivery window. Greated by a very rude individual who shouted at me “what did you order” The order was wrong but this rude female individual was not stopped. I ended up with the wrong sandwiches. No offer to remake, NO APOLOGY for the lacking service and the rude treatment. Wonder how she would have felt if I had been as rude to her as she was to me. SKIP THIS LOCATION…there are other fast food outlets nearby. WHY ALLOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TO ACT IN SUCH A RUDE MANNER??

Went in for pick up on mobile order waited 30 minutes. Employees sitting there doing nothing. Managers not taking matters into their hands letting everyone sit around being lazy. Employees taking too many bathroom breaks going one at a time one after another. Crappy service.

Very clean and modern. Food was fast and good. The staff brings your food to you. You can also place your order from the self serve computer. The soda station is computerized too.
