I have to admit, the food was absolutely delicious. This was my first chance to try the new Avocado BLT Chicken Sandwich with the sriracha-infused bun, and it did not disappoint. The flavors worked incredibly well together, and the bun added a nice kick without overpowering the sandwich. The Cayenne Ranch sauce was another standout: rich, flavorful, and easily one of the best sauces I’ve had there. This sandwich really deserves to be a permanent, nationwide menu item.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was held back by logistics and service. This location is surprisingly difficult to navigate, especially for first-time visitors. Parking is tight, signage is limited, and we had to turn around twice just to figure out how to get into the lot. We placed a carryout order and marked it as ready five minutes before arriving, expecting it to be waiting when we walked in, but we still had to wait another five minutes inside. For a Saturday, the restaurant seemed noticeably understaffed, probably the fewest employees I’ve ever seen at a Chick-fil-A. The indoor line wrapped around the stanchions with only one person taking orders, which is unusual for a brand known for efficiency.
The food quality was excellent and absolutely lived up to expectations, but the parking confusion, understaffing, and slower-than-expected carryout experience made the visit less smooth than it should have been. If operations matched the quality of the food, this would have been an easy five-star stop.

Not blown away by the service at all. Very standard. One of the workers seemed to be high. Stood by the counter waiting for a refill for about 5 minutes. The food was not handled with care at all, as shown in the pictures. The bun was mashed and the tomatoes looked borderline inedible.

I had went through the drive thru and ordered a 8pc nugget combo and when I got home to eat my food all my nugget were raw and were pinkish in the middle and one of them weren’t even a nugget it was a small little raw nugget with a brownish skin. YOU WILL NEVER CATCH ME EATING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN !!!!

This was hands down the best visit I’ve had at any Chick Fil A. All around it was great. As my first visit to a location in Oklahoma I was really impressed and surprised. The chicken tasted more flavorful and moist. The waffle cut french fries tasted better than I’ve ever had. I’ve never seen an employee go table to table checking to see if anybody needs anything. That’s a first. Normally I’ve seen them ask just as they go around cleaning up. This employee focused only on the customers, not trash and then customers while they’re at it. My daughter had a great time in the playground area. Let’s be honest though it doesn’t take much. I hope all the Oklahoma Chick Fil A locations are just as good.

Bro. They messed up my order three days in a row but Israel helped me out, and asked me what I wanted him to do to make things right; and he went way above and beyond to do anything and everything, and since then, greets me by name when I come in, and him and Lucky always do everything in their power to take care of me. Since I talked to them, I haven’t had a single problem since.

This locations always forgets my food when I order delivery! Never got my full order from them unless it’s through drive thru. Pay attention more to peoples orders when making them!
